This is my second time staying here. The last time was 3.5 years ago and the hotel and room are still quite OK. Not much sign of wear and tear. It is OK for 1 night stay as the bed was too hard for me.  But will still stay here again if i am in Kluang.

OK for 1 night

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Made a reservation via OYO website to stay at RS Hotel Kluang for 2 nights. Made payment directly at the hotel only to realise thereafter that we were not allocated to the Premium King room that we paid for but got a lower class room in a Standard Double (room 104). Received no satisfactory assistance from OYO (gave us a wrong email address to lodge our complaint by a Mr Syed) and never gave us a proper resolution (by a Miss Jecy). To make matters worst, the male “clown” receptionist (probably named Nazri based on tag on the counter or even Rafie based on tag on next day) was rude and shouted at us claiming that he doesn’t care and he is going to resign. He refused to direct us to his hotel manager and was a total display of his unprofessionalism.  He threw/slammed the hotel phone at us which was totally uncalled for. All these awful experience happened past midnight and we were still at the reception at 1+am. Ended up taking the inferior room of no choice as it was late and we were tired.  Room is small with torn bedsheets and stray hair on bed. Tissue box was inflated with styrofoam foam to mask the limited tissues provided. Bathroom was flooded despite a careful shower. Will never come back here again and I do not recommend anyone to stay here either (I had stayed here before in March 2018 but service has dropped way TOO MUCH). Total ripoff!!!!! RS Hotel and OYO, you had better buck up your services if this is what you do for a business, else face to shut down forever.

Horrid experience ever!! Won’t be coming back!

It's a decent hotel, good value for money. The location is quite good, Kluang mall is around 1km away. I luckily got a room with a view of Gunung Lembak. The room was big enough. Only negative thing is, at night it smelt like someone is smoking near the room.

Value for money

Pls don’t expect too much. Staff command of english is limited, attitude is horrible. Called the recep as there wasn’t any hot water, recep say its solar, no sun no heat. Hang up my call when talking 1/2 way, give atitude! Terrible service!

Simple hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I felt the hotel was value-for-money and our rate included a simple breakfast at the cafe next door. However, there were issues with the WIFI and TV reception during the stay, and both did not work.
