We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is near to the big shopping mall called Imago. We have no problem getting Grab from apartment to the famous Welcome seafood restaurant and Philippine night market (RM5 per trip). The apartment is big enough for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. 
However, the room is quite dusty. I believe there are nicer and cleaner apartments nearby. 

Good location, but disappointed with the cleanliness

We stayed here 3 nights and the location is great. Next to Imago and plenty other shops nearby. 10 min to the waterfront by GRAB. Layout etc. of the apartment is all ok but the check-in and check-out were a hassle and it seems the lady in charge was considering it a nuisance to deal with it. Even we gave a heads up of when we arrived and would check out, they were not ready and needed several reminders to get things sorted.
Also the room was not very clean and it seems there was not sufficient time to get it ready after the previous tenants had moved out. Guess they are short on cleaning staff.
If you have a lot of patience to deal with the above than you can’t beat the location but next time we will stay elsewhere.

Great location but Check-in and cleanliness poor

Check-in: The phone number on the booking sheet were not in service. Spent about 30 minutes to resolve the issue by contacting Agoda customer service to finally get the apartment keys.

Once entered the unit, in general it looked good; spacious with modern fittings. But the cleanliness was poor. The floor was really dusty. The other day when asked about the cleaning service, was told to have to pay MYR50 for single cleaning service. 

Other than that, everything pretty decent. The bed was good, although the pillows were quite high. Luckily they aren't hard. 
The couch in the living room was too small though.

All appliances that we used worked well; microwave, kettle, fridge, air-conditioner, and water heater.

Sound insulation was not that good. Can clearly hear the airplanes noise. 

Location is conveniently close to Imago. 
There was also a 24 hours self-service laundry in the area of just about opposite of the building where there were also several restaurants and sundry shops.

Getting everywhere was very easy with Grab taxi availability literally less than 3 minutes upon request.

Everything great except check-in and, cleanliness.

We stayed for two nights at Beacon Home, Riverson SOHO (9th floor, corner suite) because Imago aparment was fully booked. We took 2 bedrooms duplex apartment with a seaview. The owner Elyvia was attentive and polite. You get your own basement parking lot, just pay a deposit of rm100 for the car pass from the owner. Here's the catch, when you first arrived, you have to take the parking ticket, it's better if someone stay in the car, go check-in, get the parking pass, get into the car, exit and insert the parking ticket (you wont be charged on the first 20 minutes) and back to the entrance using your parking pass. Not so convenient.
There's a single induction stove, rice cooker, waterheater jug and washing machine (no dryer) provided. The seaview from living room is superb. You can even see mount Kinabalu in the morning from upstairs balcony (if weather is clear) . Bathroom upstairs is quite funny tho, you can see the whole view of the toilet bowl and shower from your bed (only separated by clear glass). 
Imago is just one block away, just crossed the KK Times square (and it's a big complex), have a good walking exercise and you reach Imago (just pray it's not raining on the way back with you carrying your shopping bags).

Modern, spacious, very good security

We stayed 2 nights at one bedroom apartment, it is fully furnished with kitchen and washing facilities which is handy especially for family like us. The design of apartment is modern, the facilities are well maintained and the security is good. The best part is location as it located next to Imago Mall which give us a lot of convenience.

We noted some concerns about the aircraft noise, however, through our experience it is not a problem as the sound proof of the apartment is quite good and the frequency of aircraft pass through also quite low.

One thing worth to highlight for those who drive is that be prepare to pay for car parking fee, over the weekend is about RM3 per entry/ day and the rate could be higher during weekday.

Superb location

Location is easy to find, easily accessible to main shopping areas around. Design of this apartment is quite modern but the downside is that their service lift can be accessible by customers and owners which I think it is inappropriate as we saw a rubbish bin going in and we had to use that lift after that. Imagine the odour. 

Our room is ok, provided with the basic amenities, but no slippers to our dismay. Cleanliness is a problem as the lounge was a bit smelly and the toilet floor isn't clean properly and we had to clean before using it as there was a lot of hairs. (dont think it was sweeped) As there was a bit of problem with the toilet ceiling, you can see water dripping down from the ceiling to the floor. Be prepared to pay parking fees of RM3 everytime you enter and leave the premises. (not sure why the owners don't provide free basement parking for their customers)

Overall, was a bit disappointed with our stay.
