Resort located near to beach,there is swimming pool.
Breakfast provided depend on which package you take, I'm staying deluxe room access to the pool. Rooms just okay,others facilities like soap are provided. Behind the hotel there is factory but I don't remember the name. This resort suitable for family.

Pool in front of the room, good view and clean. But the room lacks of many basic stuff such as hair dryer, safe. But the breakfast is pretty good with traditional Malay style rices. There is also ample of parking place nearby the room. We spent a night there before heading to Pulau Perhentian. It was a good one night as transit

NICE VIEW & COMFORT FACILITIES

The hotel is located very far from the main road. if you are traveling here, at least you have to have a transportation to move around especially to the town area. the place is very serene. if you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place to do so.  reminder for you to go here 1) If you want to go here to have a barbecue, there is no place for you to do so and they will fined you if you cook, eat, bring outside food to the chalet. they sill have you to sign a form to make sure you will not bring all those food to the chalets. 2) if you really want to have barbecue here, you have to go down to the beach to do so. 3) the beach is very far from the chalet. so if you are with elderly, you have to drive them to the beach because there is a space to park there if you unable to walk far. 4) no latch at the door. 5) TV- only can watch Tv3. 6) pool - no bench, stool to sit while you are at the pool. 7) the beach is very nice although too far from the room. 8) very far from main road and from local shop. 9) price too high although without breakfast.. but understandable because of peak season. room stuffy, broken sofa. 9) no kiosk or shop to buy snack only sell ice cream . but over all, it was a nice place to go on short trip.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I just don't know where to begin.
Since the hotel is located in a small town, judging from the price I had a high expectation on the room and service. 
The room was dusty and looked like it was never occupied nor cleaned for months before we checked in.. The bedsheet has stains on it.  Towels are worn out, torn and looked like they were used for years.
The toilet was a disaster.  The blind was molded, water pressure was terribly low..
The breakfast was poor, for the room price of a 5-star hotel.. Seriously the management needs to look at this matter and review their service.. I have no doubt that hotel has a beautiful concept, but just don't get fooled by its beautiful landscape..

Not Worth The Price

We only stayed one night but there was nothing to eat, you have to take a taxi to the city. to get up to the room you had to do two long stretches of stairs and no one to help with the suitcases. we asked to be changed to another at the level of the pool and we had to pay. the breakfast was almost exclusively for malaysians. very poor. not too clean.

"If you're looking for a quiet location, you should definitely check out Manor. I must admit it was a bit difficult for us to find at first but it calls for peaceful grounds. The chalet I stayed in was really remind me to my grandma place. There's a beach nearby and it's beautiful !Overall recommended !

Love the landscape.. I think the price is worth the room.

We stay here like once a month with 3 adults and 2 kids.
We love the beach despite it is unkept by the authorities. Trash like everywhere.

Were here because my daughter is at boarding school nearby.

Here what you should consider 
1) room come with 2 breakfast only. No matter how big the room is. 
2) can always ask for extra towels
3) no phone in the room
4) unstable wi-fi
5) only few tv channel
6) expect mosquitoes in the room. Ask the receptionist for Aerosol spray.
7) breakfast not suitable for foreigners. Usually see foreign tourists only take toast for breakfast. Mostly serve local food.
8) Kitchen only open for breakfast if I am not mistaken. So for those tourists who stay here before getting their boat to Perhentian Island mext day, need to walk to next door hotel to check whether there is dinner available.or get a Grabcar and seaech for local food outside.

Management should have an open kitchen to cook simple omelet or sunny side up.

I'm really sorry but this is a place far away from everything. We had a night in a room with dirty sheets, blood stains and stuff. No wifi (not death but still) dead bugs in the bathroom.

Friends of Cleanliness Abstain

When we first stay here for 1 night in 2012, they chalet was new and very well maintained. 

We had very high exception for this time also...But not now, the room was very dusty. Since most of allergy to dust, hence we ask them to transfer to the rooms at the new building which make from bricks. The rate for the new room at the new building which is not chalet type is cheaper but no refund for the difference ...disappointed

I guess they only focused on the landscaping.
