It's a terrible place. Leaking ceiling,water sogged carpets, dirty bed sheets,no reception counter,no house keeping,naked wires. A group of guys operating a SCAM at Times Sqaure, KLits also a fire hazard with naked wires. No fire escape plan. No body to help. No receipts were given. All cash. Thet charge government tax but no receipt issued. A group of Bangadesh touts running this useless place.My booking was made through Booking.com.

Me and my family was staying at the queen apartment  Berjaya suite, and it's is really shocking that the suites are really a rundown apartment  suite.  When I was back then before covid, everything was really in good shape. And I was quite happy. But now it was a total disaster.  Me and my family's did not enjoy this vacation.  As you can see in the photo below. 

P.S : Please choose a better quality hotel or apartment then this.

Such a disaster 

I booked for 2 nights @ TM SUITE @ BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE room 39-01. It was a terrible experience. The room was old and decrepit and sheets and pillow covers unwashed. I can tell because it smells bad. The personnel who met me was very unprofessional. The whole place is just BAD! Would never recommend this to anyone. The photos speak for themselves. 

Very dirty and badly run. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We had an unpleasant stay.  Not happy with both the apartment and the service.  Run down, smelly and dirty carpet, toilets, utensils, pillow and bed sheets.  There are cockroaches.  No concierge.  Will not come back!

Choose Another Accomodation!

Firstly, its an apartment - Not a hotel room. This is important as to manage expectation. So, dont expect a carpetted room etc. 

There is no reception for checking in. The lady whatsapped me upon my reservation. Then we will just contact her once we are nearby and she will meet up with us and bring us to the apartment. RM200 cash deposit also paid there . But, she's a friendly & kind lady.

The apartment was good. Our stay was pleasant. Air-con was cold. Room was clean & daily housekept. Spacious queen-size beds & comfortable. Big Bathroom with bathtub & separate shower cubicle. The WC is in an adjoining room. Clean microwave, dishes & refrigerator. Basic living room, tv & dining but we dont spend too much time in the apartment. Good wifi - in the apartment as well as the shopping centre. All hotel amenities also made available to us.

Its very conveniently located. Shopping Mall has lotsa shops, restaurants, fast food & activities. Kiddies theme park, cinema, laser games ❤ Starbucks.  Its also walking distance to cut through to go to Bukit Bintang (Starhill). Enjoy the buskers scene along Bukit Bintang area, lights, music & the lively bustling nightlife.

Only thing found 3-4 baby coakroaches at the wc room where the drain & mop is located. 

Dont mind coming back.

Pleasant stay.

I'm not a fan at all of meet and greet setups but this one worked ok. Agnes was super friendly and helpful, she logged my phone onto wifi. Thanks for all your help Agnes, you were wonderful. Once she had left I couldn't log onto my laptop so I had to go searching for Agnes and she eventually came and helped again. Other times when I needed assistance I had to message Ginnie on WhatsApp and she'd track-down someone to assist. Like hot-water didn't work so I needed maintenance to fix. Then my key stopped working. It would be easier having staff at a desk but I was helped each time. My room was lovely with wonderful views of Petronas towers and the new Exchange 106. I usually stay at Berjaya Times Square but I was happy enough here. I did miss not having wifi around the pool though. I would stay here again.

Clumsy not having a receotion but it worked ok

Positives:-
Good location, spacious, clean, stunning swimming pool and decent fitness club, shopping mall and internal amusement park are inside the same building
Negatives:-
Old property, no regular room service and reception,

Cheap and Spacious

Actually I'm staying@ one of the Service Suite just above the times square. I'm glad that the person in charge quite helpful and friendly. Manage to check in quite early around 1330 . The room is clean and the view is nice because our room facing the swimming pool. We have an OKU following, so the way to take the lift quite difficult cause NO sign that actually point to the lift to going up and down. And the waiting time for each floor quite long time. One more thing is that the toilet for OKU is very very less convince.
