It's a mess.

Its located in the berjaya hotel and it seems they have a couple of floors there which don't belong to the hotel.

Walked in the first room and didn't believe my eyes.

As previous comments: dirty, smelly, outdated, no save !!!!!

Just a comment to take care of your belongings and passport.

Asked for another more modern and clean room..... had to walk through the shopping center as the other floor with rooms is on the other side.

Same same but not different. Seems its an exact copy of the previous room. Just little less dirty. Sorry but sent out as i had travelled for long and didn't want to waste my time.

Better look for something else!!!

Worst Experience Ever in my whole life!!! It's scam stay away!!!

Booked this suite from Agoda and thought it was great for family. The day we were going to KL, I received an email from the hotel around 8am, asking for my expected time of arrival. Replied them and confirmed with them that I be there around 2pm-4pm. Once we arrived there, we were quite lost because there is no reception. We asked the security, and the security point us to a guy who was currently arguing with a couple and said, "you can argue with him. maybe he will give you a room". That guy saw us, and excuse the couple to entertain us for a while. He said he needs to check first and i assure him that I emailed him earlier confirming my arrival. Then he brought us to level 29 to our suite. He told us, he had an argument with the couple because they did not reply their email confirming their arrival and therefore, they have cancelled their booking due to their hotel was fully booked. Lucky I checked my email and reply to him straight away. 

Entered our suite, it did not look great. Since they do not have reception, we have to settle to payment and receipt on the dining table. Yes the view outside was nice but there was an extra bed in the living room, just next to the dining table. Extra mattresses under our beds, the TV in one of the bedroom is not working, the pillows and beds are smelly, the closet was broken and one of the towels got brown stains. Since we already pay and finding apartment during that period was hard since it was fasting month and usually most of the apartments are fully booked.

On the first night, my mom woke up in the middle of the night and saw a cockroach coming out from the bathroom. She tried to kill it but it went disappeared. The next day, we contacted the previous guy and complain about the cockroach and told him we are not happy to pay such amount for this kind of stay. We asked for the management to do something or else we will ask for refund and move out. Then, he said he will change our room.

He changed our apartment from level 29 to level 17. The room was slightly better but still there was an extra bed in the living room behind the sofa. The next day, we went out the whole day and back at night. We left one of the cards inserted in the hotel so that will stay cool. Unfortunately, when we came back at night, the apartment felt so warm like you cannot even feel the air conditioner. Again, I texted the guy to send someone to fix the air conditioner. He said he will send now but we waited for almost 2 hours. They fixed the air conditioner and told us not to leave the card inserted for the whole day, which caused the air conditioner to freeze up. 

Also, we have to text that guy in order to request for room service to clean and empty out the rubbish in our apartment. Wifi username and password also not given, and again, need to text him asking for it. Once connected, the wifi was really bad. Only be able to connect in the middle of the night.

The day we want ed to check out, I texted him saying that we need to check out now and going to the airport soon. He replied us with, "hmmm ok". We have to wait around 20 minutes before he came. 

It was really a terrible service and experience. I am not a choosy or hard to please kind of people but this suite is really unacceptable. I definitely will not going to stay there ever. It is highly not recommended.

Worst Suite Ever

We are currently staying on the 19th floor, east suite which has 2 rooms and bathroom with a small kitchen. Booked with booking.com and has been pretty plain sailing so far. Somebody picked us up from the airport and brought us to the suite and handed us the card. We then paid him cash. No reception so I wouldn’t know who to call if I did need somebody. 10 floor Mall is attached so theres plenty to do and keep busy for families. Lots of food places to chose from. Not too far from Petronas towers either. View from the room is simply stunning. We can see the skyline all over kl. 

Amazing view 

Pictures on Agoda are completely false. This place was awful.  Walls had dried fruit, carpets dirty, washroom smelled bad, faucet leaking water, no soap, shampoo, etc. Had to forfeit 1 nights cost, but could not stay even 1 night. STAY AWAY!

Horrible, dirty, smelly - DO NOT STAY HERE

Very unprofessionally run by the staff.  The rooms are not maintained well.  There were cockroaches in the room and the rooms smelled of smoke.  We got bothered by the staff at midnight twice and had an argument while the kids were in bed.  They accept only cash which I think is slightly shady. 

Don't stay here if you want to enjoy your stay. 



Terrible

We though this was the Time Square hotel on the other wing and were surprised to find there was no reception and no facilities...the cost was just as much though and I didn't think it was value for money. It's privately owned apartments so it's possible that some apartments are better than others - not the one we stayed :-(

Old and in much need of refurbishment

I book the hotel thru booking.com. After checking in, i found out that the television cant be on. After getting the engineering to fix it, the Colour of the tv is not good and the resolution is not clear. i can hardly hear the sounds. the important thing is that the wifi is not that strong as i need to keep connecting it.  The room that i get there was no phone and it is hard to get thru the management to talk about the matters. 

Location wise its good as it is near the shopping center and its is also a walking distance to the pavilion.

Terrible.. would never come back

I made this booking via Wotif and I can only say that if Wotif think they can take on Airbnb in being a booking service for privately managed apartment suites they should think again. This was listed as a serviced suite and I booked 2 nights x triple room for a KL stopover knowing that we would be arriving around 6.30am. From the listing on Wotif there was no indication that this was a private room within the residential wing with no reception facilities. Reception at the Berjaya Hotel helped enlighten us on the ambiguity of our booking and made contact with a mysterious contact person who after some persuasion and a 40 minute wait turned up to take us to the room. I had emailed our arrival time as advised by Wotif, however as there was no direct email address provided I think I must have emailed the Berjaya Hotel. Wotif do not have the capacity for direct messaging with private owners like Airbnb, or the capacity to review and rate accommodation or occupants. 
The room was also very dirty...the 3rd bed in the living room had no clean linen, there was only 1 towel. Forget using the pool as there is no capacity to hire pool towels.
The upside is the location above the Times Square shopping mall and view.
