I just booked there room for 28 days when i went ther owner given room key went to room ac is not working correctly i inform that ac not workng so he told no vaccant room i told hw can i sleep with out ac in room no fan also in room so he told me to look other hotel cancel my booking too he told i told i already paid 1200 ringits for statying through online he told ask trip advisor he dont knw abt refund and i just stayed ther becz i wont get refund next day ac is ok after 3 days wifi is compaint for 5 days that also they told they dont knw anyway after some days wifi is ok my experience is really worst wont stay anymore in this hotel

Very bad experience

Walking distance from Times Square Burjaya,  KL tower,twon tower,Laywart Electronic supermarket.
The staffs were friendly & helpful. Simple break fast & really very fast wifi connecton. 
Very clean and we were totally satisfied with the room.
I feel this can be one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We will back here again

One of the best Hotels in KL

Our room was very small and very difficult to standing in room for 02 people. I always change cloths after my friend changed and out of the room. It is very limited room space like a animal cage. They even fail to clean our room once informed and do it on next day upon our reminder. Tamil lady who is the owner of the hotel is not helpful no any flexibility. Although they fail to fulfill our genuine requests, they charged extra MYR.30/- for additional 03 hours stay. (They might have to give us concession). Break irst is quiet reasonable and the location is close proximity to famous shopping malls.

Worst Hotel

When we arrived the staff seemed delightful. We got our key and went to our room and it was dirty as hell. Mould on the floor, water stains on the ceiling. We thought that's okay you get what you pay for. Even though we had been staying in backpacking hostels elsewhere in Thailand and Malaysia and none of the hostels were this bad. When we looked at the bed it didn't look washed. There were hairs all over it. So we gave the bed a sniff as well as the towels. And lo and behold the bed hadn't been washed (the towels smelt of detergent, the sheets of sweat). We told the front desk and the lady apologized and had someone change the sheets. Due to other circumstances, we decided to move rooms and the staff gave us a choice of rooms. When we had a look at the room we have chosen, it had just been vacated so it was still a mess. Not wanting to sleep in dirty sheets we decided to set a little test to see if they are actually changing the bedsheets. We got some hand soap from the bathroom, pulled back the blankets and marked the sheets. The staff said it would take a while for the room to be cleaned. So we came back a  few hours later, got our new key and went to see the room. The bed was made but surprise, when we pulled back the sheets, guess what was still there.You guessed it! THE SOAP STAIN. Absolutely grossed out we went to the front desk and showed them the picture of the stain, they offered no apology. They just acknowledged that we would like to stay in our first room. :(

Dirtier than a 2 dollar hooker!

I Booked this hotel in agoda.com. Pictures look nice to stay but when you arrive so terrible hotel. Entrance dirty, inside dirty, no lift, very small room, bedsheets so dirty, toilets shower no good, no daily house cleaning, breakfast not good only coffee and bread. Complain to the manager the manager is so arrogant.
