The staff at the lobby, concierge, and reception were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I appreciated the thoughtful call when my room was ready. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with robes, slippers, and coffee/tea facilities. While the room could benefit from a slight upgrade, the Malay traditional touches added a charming and authentic feel. The swimming pool was a good size and enjoyable, though more frequent daily cleaning would make it even better. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of local Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Western dishes, along with breads, pastries, and juices. With such a wide selection, focusing more on enhancing the natural flavors would elevate the dining experience further. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, especially with the hotel’s convenient location within walking distance of nearby malls.

What was good
