The restaurant in ground floor.

What was bad

I booked 2 connecting rooms for three nights between 14-17 Dec 2018 and many issued were happened: 1. We checked in the hotel at 8 am on 15/12 (very late check in ) due to delay in the flight but the front desk ladies told us that they will give us the rooms after 2:00 pm !!!!! But the front desk manager solve the problem and gave us the rooms. 2. Our rooms were 931 and 933 ( connecting rooms) and room number 931 has a very bad smell and we asked to change it, and they changed it at 11 pm after the front desk manager checked the room and he declared that there is a very bad smell and no body can stayed in and he gave us room number 940 and was far from our kids room 933. 3. On the other day 16/12/2018 we went on a tour from 10 am to 10 pm and when we came back I found other guest in room number 940 and our clothes were removed from the room with our informing us and one pajama were lost up to date!!!!!! 4. Mr. Hanafi the front desk manager tried to catch the problem and he transferred us to other connecting rooms in 8th floor, and he told us to take the breakfast on 17/12/2018 on cedar lounge on 15 th floor. 5. We went at 9:30 pm to the cedar club lounge on 15 th floor, but the lady there refused to let us in, and she told us that she has no information to let us take the breakfast in the cedar club lounge and she told us roudly to take the breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. I am not recommend this hotel to any body for the misscommunication.
