It's quite terrible for the toilet, bed and floor. It was so dusty, and this is my first time I had to wear slipper in the hotel room. Besides, I couldn't use the heater in the toilet. The parking place is limited and I feel that the parking place is not safe enough as well. 

Cleanliness 

It is a budget hotel and of course I didnt have many expectations, but there are basic things that any hotel must have if they decided to be in this business. We stayed there for 6 nights so I had time to understand everything. This hotel is "meh", not good, not bad either, no vibe of any kind whatsoever. The WIFI was ok, but it came in waves, 3 minutes it sucked then 2 minutes was great, and so on. The rooms are small, the window is extremely small and it doesnt make any difference; you might as well think you live in a room with no window. If you have more than 1-2 big suitcases then you will not have space to even walk to the bathroom. The bathroom is small too. We tried to upgrade and move to a a better room but apparently they are all the same; for sure no bigger window. The hotel and the room is pretty clean to be honest. The two boys receptionists were ok, they always answered our questions, but they dont smile, they don't say hello when you walk in, they are just the guards of the reception to be more precise. Overall you simply pay, then get a bed, then you check out and thats it, it gave me a weird vibe, definitely not Hospitality kind of vibe. The KLCC is only 10 minutes away with Grab (Uber), the area is Indian Malay area, there are choices of food around, and a small gym down the road. If you come alone for 1-2 nights, it is fine, but if you stay more than 2 nights or come with your partner or family then search more.

For a budget hotel, it's just OK, but it needs improvement in many aspects

I checked in there on independence day of Malaysia. No welcome no gesture at all. Staff is not at all co-operative. Rooms are not clean and smelly. Not at all recommended. No ventilation in room or toilets.
