I booking 3 bedrooms (2 queen bed , 1 single bed, 1 sofabed) pretty fit for group (7-8 person). 2 bathrooms incld toiletries & 6 towel. 
Location near Kl Sentral, if u book grab point with alila hotels, because if you write KL est Bangsar the map always give the wrong location to the driver.
Check in smoothly, i contact the owner mr.ken and he’s very helpful.

Comfortable Unit

Location: Near KL Sentra (15min walks)
LRT:Bangsar Bank Rakyat Station (few minute walks)
Breakfast: Got 4 types of breakfast to choice at the cafe.
Room: Cozy but no daily housekeeping. So need to get your own drinking water. 
Room Utilities: Equip with microwave, washing machine and freeze. Ideal for family.

A Studio House

Thin room walls causing noises and sounds to be heard clearly. Bathroom door had a gap and no lock. Shower heater wasn't functioning. No in-room kettle or water dispenser at the public area. Plastic cups were given for 3-in-1 sachets of coffee. Dim lights, not suitable to do work. 

Could be improved

Basically its a budget hotel and suitable for bachelor's and official trips or for a short stay like 1night stay.. The room quality is about average.. Window curtains do not able close completely.. Dressing table looks with insufficient lighting.. Overall experience is average.. And I'll suggest for bachelor's only.

Budget room

a great hotel for the price.  about 88RM.  wifi is horrible above the 1st floor, so get a room on the 1st floor if you want wifi.  A/C works great.  Don't expect a good view unless you are facing the main street.

it is really clean and they have free dispensed water.  rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towel and sheets.  there is a soap dispenser, but you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and anything else you want aside from body soap and a single shower towel.

location is great for things that you would need, food, transportation by metro rail is about a mile away, depending on which line you want to go.

I'd stay here again if I wanted a budget hotel.  at least I feel clean in the morning.

a very clean, minimalist hotel.

As a budget hotel, I would said this hotel is slightly over-priced. Personally, this is my 1st check in here and I know there are plenty of budget hotels around this area and I will definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

Room is spacious but space are not being used wisely. The bed was making a lot of noise until I can't really sleep well. When I checked in, the receptionist lady informed me there will be a maintenance in the next morning and ask if I can check out earlier. In compensation she offered to provide me a RM10 Old Town voucher for breakfast and asked me to collect the voucher when I check out next morning. So indeed, the maintenance noise started around 8am in the morning. and I checked out around 8.45am. At the counter, a different lady was on duty and when I asked for my voucher, she raised her voice and told me that my Agoda booking was not entitled for the voucher! Oh come on, as if I am gonna starve without the voucher, was just asking as I was told to do so.

Overpriced room rate

Have exam at hukm, the nearest hotel to hukm is here after the IYC.

Food choice surrounding hotel. ..a lot of varieties 
Security. ..got electronics door 
Comfortable
But not sound proof...I can hear what my next room talking...
Overall, valuable for the money if price maintain around rm 80 ~ 90
