This hotel is located on the main road, petaling street on walking distance with a very cheap price and it has convinience store downstair so it's a plus since we constantly need water. We checked in at noon. The stairs and hallway is so narrow that if your opposite room open the door you won't be able to open yours, and the wall is a bit scary since it is red painted, but that's not really a big issue. Me and my friend (2 girls) got the 2nd floor room with double bed on it. When we entered, the light won't switch on! We already asked to switch the lamp but until we got back at night, the lamp still won't light up so we asked to change the room. The room is not very small, fitted 2 of our suitcase with some little space left. The floor is so dirty, many hair and dust. Bed sheets are bad too,but no stain or bed bugs, pillow is dirty, but thanks god i always bring my own sheet just in case. Bed is very bad, so uncomfortable it's old and need change. Bathroom is very small omg i don't even think it fits for fat people (no offense) it's one person width but water heater runs perfectly. Air conditioner works just fine, rather good even though it looked old. The room has no window but thankfully our room didn't smell. But, my other 4 friends (the boys) took the family room and when we tried looking there the smell is so bad that i can't even stand it! But they managed just fine hahah....:(  Overall, this is bad.

Dirty and Small, Very Not Recommended!

Rooms are about 4m2, no windows, the ac is 50cm above your head. The bathroom is mini. BUT the warm water works, it's very cheap.

Very cheap and very bad

Alexxis Café is one of the most café that is care for its customers. Allexsis café is the café that served fresh food, served hot with affordable prices. Here also an individual can bring along their notebook to enjoy surfing our WIFI services. The guest also can enjoy the view outside the café that is the live of Kuala Lumpur which is near the Petaling Street Market and Petaling Street. Being stated by our previous guest, they have always love this place for its wide range of food and beverages with affordable prices. Not to forget our dedicated staffs who put their best efforts to handle any custom orders from customers. 

One of the recent additions to Kuala Lumpur’s nightlife scene, Capricorn is already becoming a favourite of locals and expats alike. Being spread into two floors, the club’s massive party space aim to defy the trend towards venues with smaller rooms featuring types of music. The first floors are huge dance floor, comfortable sofas and a diamond-Shaped DJ deck that can be adjustable. The second floors are giving features of a chic VIP area overlooking the main floor below. Variety of music are prepare to guest like a mix of hip-hop, house, EDM and retro with a regular DJs including MIO and DJ EDz.

Allexsis hotel&Cafe

The food in this cafe is great. They do a lunchtime special for 10ish rinngit. We asked to see the rooms when we were finished. They showed us a decent sized room which we said we would take for the next day. 

Fast forward to the next day the girl had given the room to someone else, we were given a teeny tiny room that was smaller than a jail cell, you could sit on the toilet seat while taking a shower! We checked the bed for bedbugs and all was clear. 

Later in the night the aircon refused to work and we were offered another room which was a "dorm room"....included a double bed and bunk beds. This room reeked of stagnant water and stale cigarrettes. We stayed with the room we were given.

We slept well and the room wasn't too hot and I was really happy and suprised that I didn't get bitten by anything during the night. There was some noise during the night but not a lot  Breakfast was extra for about 6 rinngit for toast, tea/coffee and eggs. 

If you are desperate for a cheap room I would look elsewhere this hotel needs a facelift....BADLY.

For the price I've paid for a single room with A/C (although my room's A/C was blowing little warm air) that I was better off having a regular fan.  The room was very small and I mean tiny small.  The bathroom/shower was also tiny small but the location and security was good.  The staffs were friendly and helpful.  I stayed only one night only to explore other places and there's a whole bunch of other good places for the same price.  

Good Location, Bad Room

By booking through Agoda this place had a pretty decent review. It seems that its because they are using the old reviews of a guesthouse called Ribbons. Firstly the rooms are tiny and I mean I have done prison tours with bigger rooms and me and my Girfriend call it the prison. The place is quite tidy and location is good. The website says stay for a complete Malaysian experience, and they do seem to have all the main mix of Malaysia working here Chinese, Malay and Indian. Unfortunately that means sleepless nights as the walls are paper thin from the chatty staff all night long, if their not talking, music is on high volume. I have never stayed in a hotel with scant regard for guests sleeping. This is my third and final night here its 2am an no sign of the noise stopping i actually think friends of the staff come here to talk after their work. Really disappointed first hotel in Malaysia and hoping that the rest of my trip the owners and workers have a lot more respect.
