The staff are extremely rude and treat guests/visitors as second tier. They are only nice if you own the unit. They think they are above you just because they have a little bit of power in what they think is a luxury establishment. Why accept lousy service when you're paying good money for it, especially when there are so many other better options. I do not understand why wont they just change the building management staff considering that there are so many complaints about them already. Also, the carpark floods when it rains, which happens pretty often in KL.

Horrible experience, rude staff

Terrible narrow parking, water pipes leaking into ceiling, full of mosquitoes, air-con not working, rude staff, etc. Heard that some gangsters stay there. There was water leaking into ceiling. Worst parking lot, dark with no lights in parking lot. Saw some drug addicts.

Worst condo in KL

I was a resident at Clearwater for more than 6 months. After living in KL for just under 4 years, I think that the staff who work there are some of the best residential staff I have come across in KL. The security guards would greet me every morning with a big smile and a wave, and if I had guests visiting, security would do everything to make sure that they got to my apartment quickly, unlike security at other condos who go through an excessive amount of security procedures. 
Simon who worked at the concierge was always polite and courteous. The treatments at BE Urban Wellness are also excellent. 

Excellent customer service.

The standards in Clearwater service apartments, Damansara Heights, are questionable - mozzies are swamping the apartments, pools n jacuzzis and the staff, well, especially the receptionist, is as classy as a fishmonger's wife!
Guests of residents are not given the time of day and treated like day trippers who have accidentally stepped into the wrong stratosphere. Imagine, being squealed and shrieked at like a nonentity for losing my way and looking for my friend who is residing in this 'prestigious' establishment! I have stayed in many service apartments and notable hotels all over the world and I dare say this establishment takes the cake.

Questionable Service

My family stayed at the Clearwater Residence over the Christmas holidays. The location was unfavorable, rather isolated, nothing within walking distance. We stayed in the one-bedroom which was spacious, all units come with a Jacuzzi on the balcony, most of the jacuzzi were collecting rain water and breeding mosquitoes, my three year old got bitten a few times even with the windows closed. This place is Dengue prone, those with infants and kids please be cautious.

We went to a friends apartment at the Clearwater Residence for drinks one night, as i went out to the balcony where the Jacuzzi was, i was attacked by several mosquitoes, i was told that most of the units here were not occupied, they were lease out as serviced apartments, the ponding in the Jacuzzi after the rain had been breeding mosquitoes, no one bothered to do anything. I also saw a pond with blue tiles...looks like the stagnant water had been there for ages..this is truely a dangerous place to stay...as it is Dengue prone during rainning season.

We stayed at Clearwater in both the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments aver the Christmas and NY period.  Overall the apartments met our expectations - they were clean, modern large and very comfortable.  We were fortunate to be placed in an apartment with a great view of the Petronas towers on NY Eve!  I would stay at Clearwater again when visiting KL, but it does help if you have a car as the location is not that close to amenities.  It is located in a business area of Damansara Heights.  The security was excellent.  The pool and gym are well maintained.  I dealt with Symonraj and Jenn during the booking process and the experience was positive.
