My friend recommend me to stay here, regret my decision. The staff are ok. The room itself are not ok. The toilet is not cleaned properly. The toilet is real sad😯 It is cheap room but I expect better room condition.

Disappointed

Check in process was easy and fast but reception not very attentive,no smile,no greeting.The air conditioning was not cool at all even after few hours we waited,ask to change room but the other room also same problem.Hairdryer upon request only and the hair dryer not hot at all only cool air.No staircases so if your room located at 3rd floor,you have to carried your luggage all the way up.The toilet a bit smelly.I know the price quite cheap for this type of hotel but there are other hotel that is cheap but the room condition much much better that this.Overall this is not a good experience for me and my family.Not recommended to stay here if you come with family.

Very bad room condition and no service at all !

move my booking to it sister property, the same price and room type as i was told. Very disappointed as the sister property said not the same when we arrived at the sister property. No proper communication with it sister property on transferring guest booking to it sister property. Staff are not very friendly. Price wise is reasonable. The reason I choose this place is due to it near to the event venue that i m attending the next day. May not book this place for my future stay. I had two more up coming events this year. Plus point, near food outlet. The A/C unit are noisy. Street noise is muffled.

This is a budget hotel but with the price that you are paying, I guess there are even more budget hotels that offer better rooms. This place is old where there were no escalators to a higher floor. The building is old but the room looks okay upon my arrival.
After I checked the surrounding in my room, I noticed that the television, table and the wardrobe were covered with dust. 

The worst thing is there were so many baby cockroaches hiding in the cupboard as well as the table. I didn't request for a room change because it was already late at night and I guess all the rooms will face the same problems.
The water-heater was old and the water was cold although the temperature was at maximum. There are no safety features installed at the window so please remember to lock the windows when you are out.
The room door is not easy to be locked. 
I would not recommend this budget hotel.

Place2Stay Business Hotel @ Waterfront Kuching.

Deeply Disappointed and total unacceptable experience with this hotel, picture shown is totally different from what they offer. My 1st ever complaint after so many year of hotel booking.
Please look into it and review this hotel CAREFULLY. 

# Room is old and light were really far dim (Different from Picture shown)
# Blood Stained Pillow case in both room (is really disgusting)
# Still Wet liquid stained blanket ( Water or Spxxm?)
# 2PM check in time, but until 5:30PM, yet still waiting for towel to be deliver. ( Pay for waiting laundry? And it were whole hotel guests waiting for the towel actually)

Please rethink about it, if you are the one who checked into this hotel? Holiday or waiting for towel or Sleep on Blood Stained Bed? 

Picture shown were just a minor part of stain that been captured, there lot more if i were really fussy enough to look into it!

It May new & Clean during opening but NOT NOW

We arrived at this hotel after got fooled by another lodging. And We got not enough money at that time so we should bargain a lot. Fortunately, the receptionist ( a fatty girl i forget the name) gave me really helpful solution and resulted me to stay there for 5 days with my students. We could pay later considering our financial matter. What a hospitality !

The room was really comfortable and nice. The TV and AC were good as well. Price was really affordable.

The location is also strategic and but hard to find halal food tho

Things that i dislike:
1. The KEy is still convetional and old fashioned so i left my door unlock whenever i went somewhere since it was hard to lock it
2. The voice of toilet was so disturbing whenever we flushed it, it sounded creepy hoho
3. No breakfast! Hoho.

A Great Deal of Hospitality

A small hotel in the centre, very good place to stay in the city, clean and cheap, smiling and helpful staff, small restaurants nearby with traditional local cuisine, green hill corner for example.
