The location is great. It is by the sea and at Cenang beach. The staff were friendly. The room wasn't great to look at nor was it clean. Linen was bad, a/c was bad and the bathroom was bad. Overall I rate it as a poor place but good for cheap stay.

It wasn't good.

I went there in 2013.... Rooms are just ok but the location is too good. It is almost on the beach only. Just go out of the hotel and you land on the beach. In the night you can sit along the hotel backyard and experience the sound of the seawaves ..it's just amazing...

Very nice location too close to the beach

I stayed at this property during a business trip, poor cleaning, horrible common areas, dated and neglected structure, the photos published do not correspond to the real situation of the resort structure which has nothing.

To be Avoided

Deplorable both in the cleanliness and the hospitality and the quality of the place... dirty rooms, work all around the hotel, wifi only available near the entrance... sleeping in the full moon might be better... Only the situation near the beach is appreciated...

That in the event of an extreme emergency...

Located opposite a beautiful beach which is very sparse during the day and not very far from the mcdo on pantai cenang and underwater world, this resort is very well placed to enjoy the beach and pantai cenang. In addition, fares are very low compared to what is offered on pantai cenang. The staff is very friendly. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset with Malaysians who gather for the occasion, very well.

Luckily I was there only one night, passing through. The place is very dirty, ugly, there is absolutely no idea of being safe, anyone can enter it, it's surrounded by abandoned buildings and dirt, the beach is nearby, but to reach it from this kind of motel you have to get a shoe down in the garbage and then climb to get back. The beach is pretty nice, it's with very dark sand, almost black, there weren't many people.. and there weren't even services, like a bar or a tree to stay in the shade. The staff is old and arrogant (they laughed at me because I asked if I should leave the key when I came out...) and I shouldn't have asked for a taxi at 5am to go to the airport and I recommended that I hadn't booked the old one, even if I hadn't gotten far away from the bathroom, it would have been better if I hadn't booked a taxi, and the cab was very dirty, and the bathroom was very dirty, and the cab was very dirty.

It's a nightmare!

We booked for three nights but after spending the first one killing bed bugs in the bed without closing our eyes and after discovering the excrement and eggs of insects under the bed we were caught at five o'clock in the morning.

Dirty and fatiguing

The hotel is well situated just a few metres from a very quiet beach and also close to the main street with its shops and many restaurants. The room is large and air-conditioned. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional.

What to say, it's a budget hotel in everything and everything. The staff is friendly and available. At the reception there is a cool water column, which is always available even to make coffee or tea. The Wi-Fi is available at the reception and works well. In addition the rooms are air conditioned and are still fresh from them. We were in room 35 and when we came in the afternoon/evening it was very fresh. Room 40 had the water conditioner that was losing water and, at our request, they immediately changed the room. It's two steps from Pantai Tengah beach, but it's better that adjacent to Pantai Tengah. It's also two steps from the main street where there are a lot of restaurants, bars, shops. And they would take care of the most points and places in the hotel.

It's a budget hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in Pantai Cenang on the island of Langkawi and Mali Perdana was a good compromise. The price is really low, it is in an excellent central location but away from the confusion. The rooms are essential but clean. The wifi in the common area works well. The hotel staff is discreet and polite. If you have no demands and are looking for a cheap and clean place, this is the place for you
