The room is poorly maintained.
There is no cups available in our unit.
We took 2 units (1 unit of a 3-bedroom suite, another unit of 2-bedroom suite).
Both are poorly maintained.
I opened one of the drawers in my room (the 3-bedroom unit) and tadaaaaaa, I found hair.
A flock of hair.
The aircond cannot be adjusted.
The elevator! This is our nightmare. They only have 2 units of lift to cater all the floors.
The lift is not well maintained, always closed with a loud bang and closed super fast, quite dangerous for kids.
And the floor inside the lift will always be wet on the evening from the pool users.
There is no janitor, no carpeting or anything to get the lift floor dry.
The breakfast! I came on Saturday, the breakfast is on Sunday (you can expect the crowd on Sunday morning).
Not much option on the breakfast, and the service is really really lousy.
They won’t check the food containers.
We need to inform them when the food/condiment finished, only then they will come and add more.
Even the hot drinks are finished and no one coming until we tell them.
Dont let me start on the taste.

Poorly maintained hotel

Stay at the hotel for a night, accomodation is ok but still need improvement, pool water looks dirty and bfeakfast need to improve.Price was a little on highside comparing the appt given.bathroom cleaniness can be improve.

Short getaway

We stay for 2 night. 1st night we reach almost 11pm. Room so many dust. We sleep with cough and sinus condition. Cannot do anything because very late already and we also tired driving 6hour from KL. Second day, our breakfast is Nasi lemak a la carte. Maybe because only us stay there. We ask them to clean up our room once we go out to eat. We back at 7pm and room finally clean. But breakfast on second day more terrible. Only simple fried rice, and a few nuget. If I go buy nasi lemak rm2 outside is better than their serve. Not suitable with price. I even stay at hotel rm70 per night but their room and breakfast is better than here.

Dirty and old

This place is strictly for families.. Spesifically Malays families..cos during weeknds they are lots of them at this hotel. 

Expect them to flood the pool making so much noise and wet the lift 😅

Apart from that, the location is ok. It is  between the main road and the trunk road leading to Teluk Batik.

Nearby, theres another similar named property but newly built. But more pricier..

The room condition, mine was 5088.. Was OK. But lack the basic amenities and the aircond was not cooling ehough. But hey im not complaining when i only paid rm88 for the room.

The breakfast is also average. But they have not so bad selection of Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak, noodles etc. 

Nearby, theres a medan ikan bakar tht you can go but it only open by 6pm to have your craving of seafood but i didnt go due to the fact i was alone not x feel like eating excessively 😋

Overall, this place serves its purpose to provide (malay) family friendly accomodation while you in Lumut or specifically Teluk Batek area.. But if you have better budget, u can opt to stay at other facilities.

Average hotel with good location

got a really dirty room, no towel, hanger and sejadah provided, wifi slow, the breakfast is terrible, the waterpark is also dirty and not maintained well and AWFUL service from staff. It should be a 1 star hotel not 3 star. Please dont waste your money coming here. Thank you! 

MAKE THIS HOTEL YOUR LAST CHOICE 

It is a 3 stars hotel but its level is 0
We had a dirty room (urine on beds sheets, cockroaches and others insects alive or dead...), broken furnitures (one of us falled down through the sofa), dirty floor and bad smell everywhere.
The pool is poor. In front of the lobby (50meters), you' ve got a water treatment center with huge bassins of dirty water. The glasses and spoons at breakfast were dirty too. The choice for breakfast is really poor. We only spent 1 night but it was too much!
