The toilet was very clean, comfy mattress, thick towel eventhough the rate is low for triple room in peak period. Coffee, water dispenser, some gummies available in the lobby. The wifi signal is quite strong. 

Basic bur clean hotel

10-15 mins walk away from Mahkota Parade. Convenient to find food around the hotel. Free car park. Hotel issue one card for the room electricity supply and at the same time assess the gate so if your family are in the room and you are coming back so need to get hotel reception to tap open the gate for you which cause a bit of inconvenient. Executive room is big and spacious but only thing is presence of ants. Free wifi available.

Basic Hotel

Easy to access even though a bit lost at first. But manage to find it. Helpful staff. Large bathroom. However didnt get the hot water on my last day stay. Quite enviroment. Free parking. Comfortable place to stay. They have mini market next door. Just a bit expensive. Have mamak restaurant. Atleast have option to get breakfast. Besides there is pub and chinese restaurant near by. Walking distance to uptown 1malaysia just not sure when exactly its operate. Look for information, it seem operate fri-sun 6.00pm to 2.00am. But im friday night. Nothing happened. Easy access to bandar hilir area. Just a but jammed since i went peak period of malaysia public holiday. 

Good place to stay. 

Stayed a night with the husband and business associates in 2 rooms. Simple amenities provided.
Do ask for the "new wing" which are the rooms located in the next building from the reception. No lifts so be ready to climb the stairs to your room.
Don't be surprised to see a sink in the room - convenient when one is showering and the other needs to wash their hands.
If you're driving, ensure you park in the open parking area opposite the hotel at the parking slots immediately in front of the hotel.
The hotel discourages late check out with high by - the - hour fees.

A so-so experience..

For the amount of money I have paid the room is okay. But the location is a bit far from the attractions and it is located in a quite dodgy place. Next to KTV places, not safe for ladies to walk around at night. 

The room offers nothing much, well it is a budget hotel. 
And... it is not 'clean'.

Only stay if you have no other choice

Stayed here for 1night, the hotel provided private outdoor parking.
Check-in speed was ok, the lobby was hot due to the pregnant receptionist was sick so she switched off the aircon.

No elevator, so gotta climb up to 3rd floor to my room. Room and toilet were clean, other than cleanliness, there is nothing much about this hotel, and please bring your own toiletries, as the shampoo that they provided you might not want to use it on your body. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Location wise, it is convenient if you are driving, walking to the main places would be abit far (I think it will take around 30mins)
