Pangkor Island

Located just a little bit outside the noice and bustle of the city is this very nice and simple resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the beach and main road, but never noisy. Rent a moped at the hotel or take a cheap taxi for the transportations. Some monkeys, pigs dogs and cats at the resort, but never disturbing, just fun to see them. Simple but clean rooms. Low prices so it is well spent money.

Quiet and simple but friendly place.

It has a very beautiful view and it is also very near to the beach - Pasir Bogak Beach, just across the street. The monkeys there are not as many as reviewed previously, just be very careful and do not leave foods outside, then everything would be okay. The toilet is very clean, so does the room. The only thing is that I shared a 1-queen-bed-room with 2 other people, it is very spacious, but the owner kinda want me to upgrade my room, but that moment, there were no more rooms left, so we just used that room and it is enough.

Cleanliness is on point

Value banana leaf lunch from vikri beach resort.. delicious food..the food really nice and value for lunch..they also provide bbq dinner at beach..reasonable room price..staff is really friendly and clean place

we stayed in this resort from 20-22 december 2019. We were visiting in a big group-30 of us. we took their full on board package with so much affordable price-including all you need from the ferry ticket, transport from jetty to resort, 7 total meals including a bbq dinner, island tour, snorkeling and island hopping, and till you return to the jetty on the last day. the receptionist Ms. Suha and the PIC Mr. Muthu been very helpful and always ready to assist us whenever we needed something. the food was superb and the rooms are fairly clean and spacious. the mini bar and cafe located within the resort compound was good too with affordable price. you just need to walk across the road to the beach. superb location, superb food, superb friendly staff. definitely highly recommended.

all you need under 1 roof

I stayed at the place for the 4th time simply because of its great location (across the the street from Pasir Bogak beach), big-spacious-comfortable rooms, big-spacious-open surrounding, reasonable price & super-nice owner. Then one might ask what's the improvement needed? 2 of them IMHO (since I like this place so much) : One, the house keeping should be a little more alert of their duty. Don't have to wait for the guest to ask for make-up rooms. Do it. Swipe. Clean the verandah. change the toilet paper and other necessary things. Two, tv reception must be improved. Don't have to put lot of channels. About 3 would do but make sure they are "watchable" - no "ants" or "course sugar" on the channels/programs. Believe me, between activities, guests would very much appreciate a nice relaxing-tv-watching activity while resting in their rooms. I would. Really hope that on my 5th stay, things will be better. Overall, thumbs up to the Mr. Vijay & Mdm. Kamala (owners). The both of you are good people.

a bit of improvement is needed

A friend and I stayed for a few nights at the Vikri Beach Resort during the summer and I felt at every point safe, well cared for and humbled by the generousity that the family who own this place instilled upon us.

When we first arrived we hadn't eaten and it was getting late as they offered us any food that they had left from their dinner. And even though we chose to go for a walk and find a nearby restaurant they came and provided us with umbrellas for fear that we would be rained upon on out return. I have honestly never met such a welcoming family, with such wholesomeness and friendliness. We spent an evening at dinner with them (their food is amazing! Such good chefs) getting to know them a little more and I would in a heartbeat go back. 

I would definietly recommend this place to anyone for they highlighted the trip for us!

Trip to Pangkor Island

The place was a relaxing and for those who require getaway from the hectic lifestyle that we live in,this place would be a great spot,Food was great especially the fish curry( it a must try )Muthu was going beyond than extra mile,he was the best,not forgetting the rest of the staff they were also great,Kudos to the management of Vikri,Will definitely come back.

Relaxing Getaway

As we have already said in some reviews, this is a very simple but nevertheless very pleasant hotel. We also confirm that the reception is fabulous. The bungalows are simple, relatively well maintained, with air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent. We really enjoyed the setting, the proximity to the beach, the many animals that come regularly. There are indeed dogs, but they are never aggressive or barking, so they live their lives quietly, so there is no need to be afraid of them. Our nights were quiet because we were together for a good part, but if there is a world, the evenings can be noisy.

Homestay facing the sea and reasonable fare

Was really enjoyed the stay over there. Mr. Muthu the person in charge for the resort were very helpful to us. We took package with them and feel good and really worth. We enjoyed to the max. Indian food is delicious must try over there

2days and 1night

Nice place. Near Beach. Idle for family and kids. Friendly organization. Suitable for small kids and old people. No high tech facilities but very suitable for family gathering. 
To reach here, from Jetty take van. Approx 15 min away. Also do not forget to rent motorbike. Useful to get additional supplies and to go around.
