Special Check-in Instructions

Guests must transfer via Boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Jerejak Island Jetty to the property, which is 10 minutes away via speedboat. Scheduled departures from the jetty are available between 8 AM and 9:00 PM. The last departure is at 9:00 PM. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, please contact the property to hire a private boat for transfer.

Mandatory Fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Cash deposit: MYR 100.00 per nightA tax of MYR 10.00 per accommodation, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property beginning January 1, 2023.
