Huge park with lots of different slides/ rides suitable to different ages and styles. We went in Christmas so it was quite crowded and the queues were really tall. One thing I noticed, most women were wearing cover ups over their bathing suit..

One of the best water parks

I've been to this park in 2000 and again this year. All my good memories vanished once I walked thru the gate. The fare is too high with 150 Ringitts. Yet , once you're in you will also need to pay for some attractions or wait in a very long queue to play in a water slide. The locker room is miserable , very crowded, and common for both males and females. While locking up your bag you can see Chinese people already putting their clothes off in the locker room !!! There are no changing rooms, but you have to change in the shower rooms beside the toilets. My advice to visitors us to avoid going there unless major renovation is done. 

Worst Experience

the house stay is near to sunway lagoon and sunway pyramid, furthermore, it nears to BRT station too which is very convenient. 
the house is big enough to occupied 10 persons the service of the owner is good

strategic location

I and my husband spent a night in Sun way lagoon villa that is specially designed with a private pool for the privacy and joy of honeymooners. The villa was just awesome. The view and the facilities was amazing. In the next morning they offered us a specially made middle east breakfast which was just very nice and caring. The villa ensures privacy and joy for honeymooners beyond expression.

Honeymoon Villa is just amazing

The hotel is definitely a five starts hotel in terms of facilities. The service is definitely not a five stars standards. I spent around 30 minutes on the counter to check in and for those who are booking there to enjoy the waterpark, get ready to pay extra cost to use the waterpark. After a 12 hours trip and my family was so excited to finally get to KL, I was shocked that reception at the hotel informed me that I cant use the water park and this is included in the room rate. When I complained that this is not clarified on there website, I did not get any response. Although the waterpark is amazing, but I simply think that you can book in any hotel in the same area and get a day pass to the waterpark since you are going to be charged anyway.
