Room is very small. A bit pricey for the room size. The cheapest has no window. There is bau hapak, I assume last person who stay here is Feb 2020. The pro, Location wise it’s near to everything. And very near to Mersing Jetty.

missed the ferry to Tioman after the six hour coach from Kuala Lumpur, this is a very convenient hotel near the terminal.
had an air con room but the shower area is portioned off in the room, ok for one night but that's long enough for me.

Everything was going okay, as my friend and I were staying in this hotel for a night in between bus and fairy. We went to sleep and at about 1:30 am a man knocked desperately in our door. I was so confused and as I answered the door it was the receptionist of the night shift asking if my friend and I would like to recieve a free massage. I felt something was wrong and couldn’t sleep after.

Good position of hotel-between bus station and ferry, 5 minutes walk. Good service. Rooms very small, bathroom small. But as we stayed there only night between bus and ferry to Tioman-it was perfect. Good price. Conditioner in the room.

Nice hotel to sleep over between bus and ferry 

have a nice holiday here with nice hotel environment,nice staff and a cute miss who served me as good as like a family members.....gv whole family a good service and a clean room which can stay happily and enjoy my holiday here....such a good hotel and a nice johor.....will introduce my friend and family to stay at this nice and good serviced hotel....

this is a very basic hotel and we only picked it because of its location to the ferry terminal; we only needed 1 night accommodation as we were catching the ferry the following day to Tioman.  

We were traveling as a family (2 young children) and while the room accommodated all of us, it wasn't the mosts spacious.  

It is reasonably priced and as such we really didn't have high expectations.  I don't really have any complaints but it wouldn't be a property I would choose to stay in for longer than a night.

Basic accommodation ok for a night, wouldn't stay longer

It's a transit point, close to the port from where they leave or ferries to the islands. This is the only reason that someone stops at this hotel. Friendly staff, only positive note. There is no water but it seems to be a problem that affects the whole country, where they draw the water on days and hours at a time. On request they provide huge tanks of water (which you have to take to your room by yourself) for the toilet.

Fortunately, I only stayed one night.

Blocking in Mersing because of the low tide, we had to find a hotel to continue our trip to Tioman...our hotel in Tioman had advised us two hotels that were both complete so I booked a night at the Sakiza I already think you have to be a skyzo or ex tolard to spend more than one night there, I spent the afternoon at mersing tellment it was difficult to stay in this closed room, without windows and full of moisture, this hotel is the only black dot of a beautiful trip to Malaysia... and to not hide anything the hotel has an excellent WiFi

It seems that the hotel has been renovated because our room was clean and comfortable. Sdb in Malay style (WC and shower together). Well located. Wifi included but no breakfast. The rooms without windows allow for small savings.

Comfortable hotel in a transit city

The Budgethotel, located by the river, only five minutes from the ferry terminal, was fortunately only a night in this descent. Mushrooms, and between dustbushes still the old pace and mudsticks of past generations under the bed. Until 11:30 the hotel was illuminated in the brightest colors, sleep was unthinkable. The bed was very comfortable, but you were terrorized at night by ants, whose road ran through the tiny room.
