To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged. The ferry schedules are as follows:

From Kuala Terengganu mainland to Redang Island - 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM
From Redang Island to Kuala Terengganu mainland - 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM

Please inform the resort of your expected arrival time in advance. The contact details of resort are available in your hotel voucher. Guests are advised to arrive at the jetty at least 30 minutes prior to the ferry departure time.
