We booked through Agoda 2 interconnecting deluxe rooms and left a special remark that this request is crucial as we have toddlers with us and a maid to accomodate as well. We received a confirmation that this request was approved. Upon arriving, we were shocked to be informed that the rooms have been given to others and there were no other interconnecting rooms available. Despite the confirmation, seems the management there dont really pay attention to it. However, upon talking further to Ms.Dalilah the front desk staff, we suggested to upgrade our room to 1family room and remain the 2nd room as a standard so we could accomodate all our kids in our room and leave our maid in another room, all of these with no extra cost to be incurred. Dalilah was very calm, composed and was very supportive, she called her superior and got us what we requested as we were not at fault for their ignorance. I would like to say thank you to CikDaliah who was very professional. Keep it up. Cheers :)

I liked it because of the room cleanliness, new furniture and fittings, nice well maintained swimming pool with a lifeguard and ample parking space. It is also located within walking distance to coffee-shops, seafood restaurants and fast-food restaurants.

Recently refurbished

Near to Menara Condong, Mcdonald, night Market this hotel location made this hotel value for the money. Swimming pool for kid with small water slider (MY5nett/children) and the room is spacious enough to accommodate all of us. Thumb up 👍 for this hotel. Definitely will comeback again.

Value for money

The hotel just finished face lift, done a major revamp, from the room to the lobby and the exterior.  Only hotel in Teluk Intan with a swimming pool and a mini pool for kid.  Ample of packing space.  Even got a lift.  So near to McDonalds, Old Town and Sushi King.  Just beside Rapid Mall.  It is convenient.

A New Look - Revamp

Know about this hotel since I was young. Found out they have refurbished the hotel. They repainted the exterior and the interior is totally new now. Furniture new. Can still smell it new. Feel good. Staffs friendly. 

Back to hometown 

Been an enjoyable stay with my family. Peaceful with ample parking space. Newly renovated with lift. I like the new bed, is hard and make me sleep soundly whole night. Got pool too but don't have time for it.

Family Room

As one would expect, this is not an International chain, so no fuss was expected to begin with.
Check in could have been shorter, but being the only hotel with a pool deep enough for diving practise, the effort by the management to keep it decent is lauded. There is even a lift in this hotel, and given that it was just recently renovated, my room was clean with a well kept toilet. I did not expect any fancy TV channels and with a cold effectove aircondition, had a good night sleep. The bed too is firm enough, although the pillows could be better, yet met all the needs of a one night traveller. No complaints on price either,and a private parking is definitely a welcome.

Good effort, expectations met.

I spent almost 30 minutes just to check in. There is no phone in the room, floor is dirty and the worst is there was no water supply due to hotel's poor maintenance! This is unacceptable! The hotel is not ready to take in customer at all! I will not stay at this hotel ever!
