Beautiful view, beach nearby (not sand, but easy to get into  water). Good restaurant at the place - popular with locals. Friendly staff, ready to help. Nice rooms, good cooking facilities. Easy parking.
On the negative side: you have to pay for aircon by putting 2 euro coins into a box next to the door. As we found in the first night, 2 euros do not buy you all night...
Free internet only in the restaurant on the ground floor. I advise to buy local sim-cards.

Nice place to stay

We stayed at these apartments first week of June. Apartments are clean and roomy and have all you would need. Towels/toiletries/normal plugs and a well equipped kitchen. Although there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. If you like to style your hair bring your own as not very powerful. The views of the balcony are wonderful and tranquil and although there is restaurant downstairs as it closed about 10.30pm it did not disturb your sleep. I know it is an apartment and you shouldn't really expect any interaction with owners. It was slightly confusing with the restaurant downstairs, giving you the impression there was someone there to help but only between 11am and 10ishpm as shutters down in between. This however is only a minor concern. There is a walk into the town of Marsalforn about 10 - 15 mins stroll and a bus stop less than 5mins walk to take you into Victoria. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk into the capital and it takes about 40mins.

Simple but  nice with a wonderful view

Apartment hotel is situated few meters from the sea.
The view from the window and balcony is wonderful !
We have had 3 bedrooms for 6 persons.
2 bathrooms,  two towels per person, there was soap and shower gel.
Full equipped kitchen, microwave oven,  dishes, fridge and kettle.
There is no lift there.
No breakfast in the restaurant, it is open not till at 11 am.
Lunch and dinner You could have  in the restaurant.
In apartment are British plugs
The air condition is paid by coins.
There is only one key for all persons.
There is one small old TV set, there are some Italian programs and Maltese programs.
In apartments there is no cleaning there.

Simple apartments accommodation with nice view from balcony

Quiet despite restaurant below.

On arrival found out we had to pay for air con, washing machine, wifi and safe.
Main light bulb in bedroom needed replacing. Leak in bathroom which resulted in drying floor with towels, which resulted in having us  to wash more, which obviously was a cost to us. Leak was attended to but this was only repaired by silicone  and leaked again after a day.
This could have been a 10/10 rating due to location. However additional costs should have been revealed at the time of booking.

The customer service was very poor,my husbands meal came out and the mussels were rotten on the fish pasta having complained waited 20 mins for the bill even though the restaurant was quiet.good selection of food but very disappointed with this meal as I have been to this restaurant many times and there standard was always high
