We have had an excellent stay at the hotel, and would highly recommend it. Everyone from the reception team (Prisca, Fatima, Trishna, and Sanjey), the gardener, the excursion manager, Cindy, the housekeeping lady Shirley, in short, everyone, working on the hotel was very friendly, always meeting us with a smile. They even gave us some refreshments when we arrived and they let us check in at 8 am, even though check-in was not until 2 pm. Much appreciated after a long flight. The hotel room was modern, clean, had a good size, a good equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice and private balcony with a garden view. Not least, the room service was impeccable. Even our shoes were neatly lined up. Thank you, Shirley! During our stay, we also went on two wonderful excursions (the south tour and swimming with dolphins) all very well organised by Cindy who always was ready to give us good advices in what to see and do on Mauritius. Also we would like to thank the driver we had at our south tour, Vick. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, had a nice car, and drove safe and very comfortably. Thank you very much both of you! The outdoor amenities of the hotel was very well maintained with beautiful greenery and had a nice and clean pool. From the pool area there was a gate with direct access to the beach. Although the water was crystal clear, it was somewhat rocky, but 50 meters either north or south we had access to two of Mauritius’ best sandy beaches. Highly recommended!
