The girl from the night reception, Marilce, is very rude to you, and wants to hang you up quickly, can't even ask for information, and doesn't want to make a hotel reservation.

The receptionist's worst service.

Always the hotel is fine, only one complaint and the most important ones, the keys to the rooms are very bad, I don't know what happens to them but it's a headache to try to open the door to your room, I hope you can change your sensors again because you really don't want to open your room for 5 minutes or more and you can't and another thing is that they also turn off for no apparent reason, even though the switches go elsewhere away from electronic devices.

The facilities are very comfortable and clean, good room price per night, very good service from all the workers, close to the city's tourist attractions and the city center square, and it was my first visit to the city and I would definitely return.

Today I went to breakfast at the Mezzanine restaurant of this hotel Real Plaza Aguascalientes, my plate had a hair, it gave me so much disgust that I was left hungry and retired to my room to wash my mouth and teeth.

The hotel is old, the rooms are clean, but it is already noticeable that it lacks an urgent modernization. The attentive staff, very friendly, the location is very good, they are in the center of Aguascalientes.

This property is nice, unpretentious and well priced. Rooms are clean and the staff is courteous and professional.
The hotel is located not far from Plaza Patria and the Cathedral church (a 10-15 min walk) near the downtown. It has a good size restaurant that served us a more than plentiful breakfast, with several options to choose from.

The buffet has 10 or 12 hot dishes that change every day, lots of fresh fruit and cereals. I didn't need lunch!

The location is great, within easy walking distance of a lot of museums and blocks of shopping and restaurants. My room, 329, was just what I asked for: quiet, at the end of a hall. The staff were polite and professional, but somehow the hotel didn't feel very welcoming. That was partly because, when I came into my room mid-December, the air conditioner was set to 60 degrees F (16 C); it took three days for the place to warm up. A strange sitting area on the next floor down has a sofa and chairs in the middle of a sea of AstroTurf (artificial green grass). Next time I'll try another hotel in the area.

A very large hotel, with nice rooms, the bathroom is comfortable, the cleaning is great, the elevators are large, the layers are very comfortable, the variety of channels, good wifi, the attention is very personal, the breakfast is very varied.

A great stay.

Since arriving at the hotel, we have been treated cordially and kindly, the registration was very quick, the room was very spacious and clean. Another thing that we liked very much was the location, as our intention was to attend the event of the skull, we were a block from where the parade takes place and that was great.
