There is a very cheap happy hour at 4PM daily at the swim up bar; $1 beers, nice.  Not only does this attract guests, but there is a daily HOA board meeting of the Karen’s where you get to watch them point at various guests around the pool and talk gossip about everyone.  My daughter made a small splash within 5 ft of this very old lady with a butch cut and she barked/screamed at her.  Of course they had some words for my mother in law who is ill and will die in about 5 years.  She never got to hear it though, because they were pointing and making faces at the other side of the pool.  What an insufferable group of boomers living places I have seen in my life.  We thought Del Boca Vista Phase 5 would be nice for our family, but we will never return.

We had the most amazing time staying here for our week in April!  Our unit was ocean front, and a short walk to the swimmable beach, which we loved snorkelling at. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature, and we spent many afternoons here swimming!

Incredible resort!!

Celebrating my 65th bd birthday with family- very impressed with service and hospitality.  Location was great with uber to favorite destinations.  Our condo was located near private beach and we were able to enjoy the sound of waves crashing off the rocks

Great views but dated development with few updates.     Good private beach access.    Nice pool. Although limited seating.     No restaurant on site.   There is a bar with appetizers.   Costco is close.   Restaurants nearby with uber ride.    Rental car not needed

Great views but dated property, needs some work

There is a lot of value for the money here in Cabo; lovely clean and well appointed pool area and bar, beautiful well-manicured grounds, awesome uncrowded beach, crystal clear water, and it’s quiet. 

While prices have skyrocketed since Covid (we have the menus in our room, as one way to compare, for example), we feel lucky to have so much for under $300/day, especially that we are on the ocean. Whale sightings, pelicans fishing, crashing waves, it’s divine. 

Be aware, however, we have been eaten alive from mosquitos beginning at dusk, and there’s a real lack of area accessible to walk and explore. While you can walk to an Oxxo and Fresko, you’ll want a ride everywhere else. Uber is a must as it gives us the freedom to tour for good value, especially compared to double the price private driver services or taxis. 

There is a thriving retired group of ex-Pats here who thankfully willingly share their tribal knowledge which has been very helpful. 

All said, we’d come back, but we’ll try to book a more east facing balcony or one with overhead shade to mitigate the blazing direct sun more effectively.  

No Bad Days

Misiones Del Cabo is nestled on a cliff in Cabo San Lucas. It offers a prime oceanfront location that is unmatched. Cabo Bello Beach, a hop away, is delightfully uncrowded, making it perfect for a serene escape.

Snorkeling and swimming are a treat here. The underwater world is vibrant and teeming with life. This, coupled with calm, inviting waters, makes every dip a unique adventure.

Heads up - condo owners have approval to schedule remodeling activities during the hot summer months until 5 pm. 3 of the 4 days we stayed in a condo the neighbor was removing tile until 5 pm. Double check the construction schedule before you book a condo.

Between two beaches ⛱️

Booked this condo in VRBO. The staff is very friendly and the swim up bar is great. Our view from our condo is amazing. We Definitely would  come back. Just need to get an Uber to get around. Uber is very cheap. The food is good. The prices are really reasonable.

Honeymoon 

Exactly what we wanted  in a vacation. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool bar/restaurant was spot on and very well priced. Close to downtown but easy to get an uber or cab.

Perfect vacation

Awesome place with beautiful maintained grounds, great staff, pool & food.  Nearby walking distance was excellent restaurants with  amazing sunset views.  We would definitely return year after year.   

Ah-mazing!!!!!!!!

Very nice location, we were renting an air b&b in building 5. We had somewhat of a view of the ocean.  Place very well maintained including the pool and all surrounding areas.  There is a convenient store of the parking area beside the pool that comes very handy.  If you are looking for a great massage therapist do not book through Andres at the pool bar as he will pocket 500 pesos for himself, just contact Rosy directly at +52 624 217 8313 or email at rouslorenzol@gmail.com.
