Hotel is in very good localisation, it's clean and nice, has good wifi. Owner is a really friendly person, he helped us out with currupted police, which wanted big bribe froms us. I can reccomend it to anyone!

You always get what you pay for! And I mean that in a neutral way.
If you are looking for cheap accommodation, this is definitely recommendable. Don't expect any luxuries, but the Beds in the 8 Person Dorm where clean, the room had ventilation, cleaning staff was super friendly, good location in center and a nice terrace sip a beer.

Competitive price for Campeche but still seemed too much for what we got. We had a private twin room with a bathroom. Small room (had to move the bed to open the bathroom door) which smelt mouldy (especially the bathroom) but the aircon did work ok. Mattresses are old but not that bad. I would recommend bringing your own pillowcase as the one I was provided was thin and stained. No facilities to prepare, cook or even store food so every meal has to be purchased from elsewhere. There is an area to sit outside but as there is no shade it is only good for evenings. Some of the staff were friendly but others were not. It was ok to store our bags in a locked area for the whole day after we checked out which was helpful. The birds in cages in the reception are not neglected but obviously bored which was a bit depressing.

Because this place is a hotel primarily with a couple dorm rooms towards the back, not really anything you might find at other hostels( kitchen, fridge, activities) But when I saw the crazy price of the other hostel in town, this was my choice. Simple bed was clean, couple fans in the room did the job for me. Lockers provided. Shame the terrace umbrellas were broken, so it was a little too hot to be up there during the day.

Cheap dorm beds

As soon as we saw this place, we immediately changed our reservation to 1 night. It is a hotel with a hostel area. There are two dorms, one for men and one for women, and only 2 bathrooms for both. The bathrooms only lock from the outside and not the inside; each bathroom has two shower stalls with just curtains and one toilet. Internet doesn't really work in the dorms. There is no kitchen. Poor circulation with the fans kept the room hot. Nice roof terrace. Random store next to the lobby, the only common area in the place. Good location, near city center and the malecon. Not much options in Campeche, but if there is a group of you, do a proper hotel.
