Just your stock standard hostel, really. 
The family that run it are super nice and will help you with anything.
The beds are pretty comfortable and they have a nice hot shower.
No kitchen or any facilities like that but you can fill up your water bottle for free and they sell coffee.
It was the perfect place for us to stay and explore the area.

When it comes to the facilities its a basic homestay with comfortable beds and one hopefully warm shower. The owners or personel are lovely and go out of their way to help you. Location is okay but not in the historic centre

Lovely people

Run by a small family that will go up and beyond to help you out with anything you need. Comfy enough bed and very good value single room. However that doesn't change the fact that this hostel is pretty run down, doesn't have a kitchen or refrigerator (but you can ask the family to store your things for you) and no common areas. Looks clean but I did see a cockroach creep out of the bathroom sink. No lockers or lock on the door in the single room. No mosquito nets meant that we were bit pretty bad. If you want a cheap bed and don't care too much about the niceties, it will do, as there ain't many alternative hostels in Campeche.
