We went for Valentine's Day my wife and myself thanks to their amazing premier Butler staff to name a few Azul nacho Mel and Alex went out of their way and above and beyond every minute of every day to make the experience extra special for my wife these people are so gracious and humble as well as hard-working and diligent professionals Food and beverage would like to acknowledge Ivan and dolce from the buffet Israel and Jorge of the seaflurt The manager from sutra used around the romanza he is one of our favorites I just can't remember his name From the pool bartenders you have Giovanni Carlos Pool concierge Lily most amazing All of these people are top notch and their position and their profession they go out of their way to make you feel like family and home everyone is so friendly and welcoming you can't have a bad time at this resort Playmakers Cowboy mag there are 10 others I can't remember their names but every one of them took time to make us feel welcome invite us to their games and the different events I can't say enough about temptations now amazing it is THIS PLACE IS A MUST VISIT AT LEAST ONCE
