My husband and I arrived at a hotel room on November 22nd and we booked at 1:00 p.m. After we were shown two rooms the first one of horror horror, when they opened the door to show it there was a horrible odor to be smelled by a woman and a man, we decided the second one was a ten-time double room that looked worse with a cost per night of $3,299 pesos, with the right to this day's food, dinner and lunch, how the delivery time of the room was until 2:00 p.m. when the receptionist placed a bracelet and said that we could spend the next two days at the same time, but we were only allowed to eat at the end of the day's meal, and the next two days we were allowed to eat at the same time, and the next day we were able to meet the people who came to the house of the Lord, to meet the people who had come to the house of the Lord, to meet the people who had come to the house of the Lord, and to meet the people who had come to the house of the Lord.

The total amount of traffic is not wasted.....

When I arrived at the place, a very kind gentleman greeted me from the entrance of the place immediately noticed that we were guests of the hotel and offered to help us with our luggage.The truth was that this was a very good sign that the place takes its customers very seriously who are satisfied when entering the reception were very kind and kindly guided us to our room explaining everything about the room, including a private pool in the living room and afterwards the breakfast, lunch and dinner were very rich and the dessert of everything was missing plus the only detail was the personal wifi that we didn't have worked for us.

I've been going to that same place for 30 years and I've seen how it's evolved and growing. Last year my dad got stomach sick and we considered it an isolated fact. This year we were 4 adults and 4 children and ALL of us were hospitalized for food infection (unstoppable vomiting and diarrhea), ruining the rest of the trip. What makes me think that, either the water quality is already very bad, or there is poor hygiene management of food. Nowhere did I see a H. It's an incredible but nothing cheap place (21,000 pesos 2 nights) to get sick and have many shortages of quality of service. Also, no one respects the hotel regulations (take food and drink or convise) and no one supervises or tells me, it's time to pay attention to the details.

The quality has declined considerably.

I rented a family pool because there were a lot of people in the general pools. The family pool, private, was a disgusting place. The stagnant, dirty water, it seemed, had not been emptied between the previous rent and mine; the cost was high for what they offered with this service: there were hairs in the bathroom, the oxidized lockers. I understand that it is thermal water and the smell is a bit unpleasant, but from there the water is stagnant and dirty means that the staff is not doing the cleaning job every time a family leaves. Then, the supposed hotels are also very dirty, the lockers, drawers, and mirrors in the dressing rooms are in very bad condition.

We were going on a family hike through the zacatlan and if we thought of going to the hot springs, after reading some reviews, I can say that we ran with luck, since by the way they contested me and gave us 4 rooms that were standard sized with the tub they say they have, the food was seen to be of poor quality, even as in the kitchen they insist that the season in most dishes is pleasant, that yes, that is basically everything, I think they can invest more in the attention in the restaurant, the landscapes of the mountain and hot springs compose the panorama, but if it is the cost, because of what they offer, I wanted to know hotels and with that I stay.

A FEW RELATIONS about the cost benefit.

The thermal pools were ok, the hotel rooms basic but the food was HORRIBLE! We got talked into upgrading and getting a meal package for breakfast and dinner. Everything was COLD, BLAND, STALE! For dinner the buffet included Fruit loops cereal, pancakes, cold fries, really stale buns, Luke warm tasteless soup, chicken legs covered in piles of sugary barbecue sauce. I didn't eat a thing! Breakfast was just as pitiful. Are 3 weeks of travel in Mexico this was the worst food we have been served. All the guests were complaining about how bad it was. When I checked out I told them at reception that the food was terrible they just smiled, nodded and said "si".


Run down Hotel that once was beautiful....no more!

We had an exceptional stay at the Aguas Termales - we were fortunate enough to book a room during their Independence Day celebration, which cost a little extra for the party, and was totally worth it.  Included in the price of the room were three meals a day for my friend and myself - the price was worth the meals alone.  The buffet tables were loaded with plentiful and delicious food and the service was impeccable.  The hotel is in a somewhat isolated location, so there are no other options for meals in the close vicinity.  The surrounding views are of lush green mountains.  The water in our oversized bath was from the hot springs and made for a wonderful private bathing experience.  They also have family friendly public bathing areas.  There is a spa with massages available, as well as a hot tub with a view and a meditation room.  An amazing deal for the price.  Plan on staying at the hotel for several days for the full effect.

An oasis in a peaceful surrounding

It was a high-season weekend and without reservations because we could never communicate with their phones, when we arrived the parking lot was full but with some places but they told us that we could only leave it if we were guests, when we arrived at the reception they told us that they had no reservations and they offered us very small ones, they showed us and we accepted because we were interested in knowing the place, the price seemed to me excessive 1890 dollars per night, with the three meals but even so the room was basic, a bed and furniture, bathroom and toilet, the bathroom did not work the type of customer and the bathroom really needed a maintenance room where you could see into the room since there was no toilet, the water from the reception was very small.

It needs to be improved - we can never reserve.

We made the route to get to the spa, which everyone recommends; however, upon arrival, if you do not have a reservation for the hotel, do not allow your car to be parked in the parking lot, so we ask you to leave it a kilometer back on the road (which is from the terrace upstairs) to the cargo of some people who charge you 50 pesos for parking there.

If you don't have a reservation for the hotel, or you don't want to go, your car will be left a mile back up the hill.

I stayed for a weekend to get to know the hot springs, however the experience was a regular one and it became clear to me that they exploit the theme of hot springs: - Normal accommodation looks like they haven't been remodeled for a long time and the attraction is that you have a photo to fill with hot water. - The wedding beds are uncomfortable and small. - The exclusive pool for hotel guests is small and the weekends are almost always full. - You can't access the balner pools alone if you pay for them. - The restaurant service is bad, it's a buffet and weighs music at full volume. - The restaurant's food is bad, the Sunday that the only alternative animal protein food is boiled out. - Five thousand dollars a night is almost always full.
