We had a great time at Costa Del Sol B5.  Very large, well appointed, very clean, plenty of room for big group.  We've never stayed so far south in Cozumel before and I was very happy - far enough from town to feel "away from it all" but close enough to drive in for meals or excursions.  The pool, beach and entry into the ocean was probably the nicest I've seen.  We had little kids and they had no issues wading out into the swim area. My friend and I talked about how well decorated the condo was (loved the bedspreads and curtains!) and how clean the unit was.  Also, having access to the washer/dryer was awesome, thank you!

Beautiful, spacious, very clean condo!

Stayed at Costa Del Sol in August of 2020. We rented out B7 Villa El Milagrito.  Had a wonderful time the house was great and Patty was fantastic and helped us with reservations for dinners and massages at the house. The peacefulness of the complex and watching the boats go out was fantastic. We had a beautiful Terrace to drink coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunset or be in the pool and watch the sunset was absolutely gorgeous.

Vacation 

Our group stayed in 2 villas, C5 and A6. This community is gorgeous, the location is amazing, the pool and beach area are wonderful, villas were clean and security is very helpful. The only downside we had was the rental management company(s). Rentals Your Way manages the up front booking and Caribbean Beach Properties (CPB) manages the stay once you are there. We had multiple little issues with CPB's basically non-exsistent customer service during our stay and other odd issues. They did not follow through on services that were stated in the arrival information. 9 out of 11 in our group got food poisoning from the private chef that was recommended to us and we lost an entire day of vacation sick in bed. When these issues were brought up to the rental company as an fyi, we received a snarky reply. We didn't ask for any refund, just wanted to make them aware of our experiences and frustrations with their poor service. As far as the private chef, that was "only their recommendation" and it was on us for selecting her. Well gee, we traveled to a foreign conutry that we have never been to before, which is famous for Montezuma's Revenge, of course we are going to use the chef that the rental company recommended- they only recommended one. Rentals Your Way stated that this has never happened before. Ok, we will believe that but guess what- it happened this time and we wanted to make you aware to prevent this from happening to others in the future. 

A6 is managed by Your Cozumel Property Management & Vacation Homes. Wow! What a difference! 5/5, A+++ for this company. Patty and Rodrigo were wonderful. Rodrigo met our party at the villa when they arrived, both of them were very attentive during our stay. In fact, Patty is on the property Monday - Friday as this company manages other villas there as well. We can't say enough good things about their customer service. They were available, checked in frequently and responded quickly. 

C5 is a little back from the ocean but still has beautiful views from the balcony and is a very close walk. A6 is literally ocean front.

We are already planning another trip back to this amazing villa community but will make sure that we are not renting a villa managed by Rentals Your Way/CPB. They are the only reason I am giving a 4 for the overall rating.

Beautiful place but do not rent a villa managed by Rentals Your Way/CPB

We stayed in one of the upstairs lofts (privately owned). So many problems and several safety issues - exposed wiring on light fixtures, broken furniture. Owner did not even know the unit number. Also did not know how the stove worked - it is tricky. The one thing he specifically told us not to do was the one thing you had to do to get it working. Condo was in poor repair. We noticed the property had gone downhill since our last stay. There is no beach access to the water.

Very rundown

We stayed at Villa Debra at Costa Del Sol, its just steps from the ocean and the pool. This four bedroom villa is fully supplied,  washer dryer, coffee pot , microwave, blender ,fridge, purified water all utensils for meals everything you could need. Every bedroom had a huge bathroom and the upstairs master had two   sinks and a bathtub and large shower.The outdoor walkout porch upstairs overlooked the water and you could see the cruise ships arriving early in the morning. Its the best place we have stayed on the island.

The best ocean front villa in cozumel

We have been long time all inclusive vacationers and thought we would give a vacation rental a try. We chose well. We stayed in Casa Catarina (B6), which was immaculate. We loved the fact we could explore local restaurants, use the chef service and BBQ some wonderful seafood. Casa Catarina, offered wonderful views from the roof top patio. The place was spotless. It was very quiet and made for a relaxing stay. The grounds were well kept.

Being a diver, I liked the fact that you could be picked up at the pier on the property, which saved a lot of down time. There was some good snorkeling right from the shore, especially under the pier, with French angelfish, butterfly fish, starfish, neddle fish and a barrucuda.

While it wasn’t a problem for us, be advised it is a 15 minute taxi ride into town.

Broke the all inclusive habit

I was there last November, this place is really paradise, I stayed at villa Debra my land lord as Jasianna she was very nice with us. we never forget that place. we recommend everyone go there and have fun

best place

Stayed January 14-19th 2019. Short walk to boat dock and private beach with pool and hot tub. Most of our group dove for 4 days while the rest lounged around the beach with the kids. Rooms very roomy, clean with patio on roof. Large kitchen to do what ever your heart desire's to cook with all the bosses helping. Kitchen table large enough for 12 people as well. Bathrooms in every bedroom with walk in showers. We are already trying to plan our next trip back here.
 Only thing not told is the beach sand is trucked into facility so PLEASE tell your kids not to through the sand in the water but leave on beach. The owner scolded us this as he should have but would have been nice for a heads up. 

perfect for a large group ,(12) with price you can afford

I would go back there in a heartbeat. The pictures of the view from the living room and the actual villa does no justice to reality. We have stayed in a lot of private rentals but this one was different in the sense that the owner thought of everything that helps the renter settle in and enjoy the visit.

The house IS located right next to the pool but even though it was peak season we did not feel our privacy was compromised in any way. Just kept the blinds down for the 2 windows on the pool side and you will forget there is anyone there.

The concierge, Patti, was a pleasure. She met us at the airport, helped settle us in, checked in daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. Rodrigo was responsive and remained engaged with us with some issues we had. Daily housekeeping ensured we didn’t have to worry about keeping house.

The kitchen is very very well stocked. We had some groceries pre-stocked which helped tremendously.

A-8, Villa Martini

My family rented A6 at Costa del Sol; and it couldn't have been any nicer. It is the closest house in the community to the ocean and you can sit on the front patio and watch the ships sail by. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen very well equipped. If you get bored with being outside (why would you?) there is a large-screen tv and satellite. We were happy to be so far away from the town and the cruise ships but that meant it was a long drive (25 minutes) to get to restaurants or the market. I can't imagine why this wouldn't be the perfect home to rent if you are looking to take your family on a vacation in Mexico.
