It is understood that the hotel is located in a small town of Veracruz, however the charge per night is very similar to a three-star hotel in some city. Very simple room, the TV is only seen 4 channels and with a very bad image; the air conditioning had to go to fix it because it didn't work, in the end it worked, but it makes too much noise. There is no attention or service from the hotel people and you must chase them if you need a towel or an air conditioner!

The only detail that bothered me was that we rented a room for 3 people, enough for two adults with a child and a baby, they gave us only 3 towels and when we asked for one more they told us that we couldn't because the room was for 3 people, what's the point?

Good hotel, no need for more.

The hotel didn't respect our reservation. The reservation was made by booking a month before and when we arrived we didn't have a room. We were given a different room for one night only. When we arrived for breakfast in the morning (10:30 a.m.) we were told that there was no breakfast, that it was over and we were sent to another restaurant outside the hotel. The parking lot is insufficient and there is no nearby place to park. We noticed that the hotel was crowded and there were some complaints for similar reasons. The rooms are very simple, without any extraordinary details. WiFi alone in common areas. True.
