Great  budget   hotel  with  awesome  ocean viewing  and  sitting area. Decent   bed  and friendly  helpful staff  clean   no bugs   the  patio  by the  ocean is  great  spot  to sit and watch  surfers  and  amazing sunsets evan has  a    bbq  you can use   but  not sure  how  that all worked   beautiful plants   well  groomed  grounds

Hotel north side of town

The hotel is very small, its rooms are rented at night, some sound larger than others, it is rustic, it has a simple bed, a normal TV, a bath with hot water and cleaning service, nothing is spectacular and it is far from something elegant. But, if what you are looking for is a place just to sleep, store your things and bathe because you are going on an adventure, this place will fascinate you. It is super economical compared to other hotels in the area that offer similar things. Those who serve you are very friendly, explain everything about the area, recommend places and even offer you coffee in cold mornings. Yojaba was looking for a place to sleep, since every day via the wine route from the morning to the evening.

Excellent skill in this area.

Can be very loud due to club next door. Also don't give them a deposit when you check in because they will not give it back when you leave. Otherwise it served its purpose. Wifi kinda does not work all that well, but to be expected. I wouldn't recommend getting in that pool either haha.

Decent

We visited this hotel on a trip back to Ensenada in the carnival season (February 2016), mainly because there were no more hotels available for that weekend and to my surprise the room, although modestly clean and with decent beds... just what we needed, the hotel is not new so don't expect to find a luxury hotel...

A pleasant surprise.

Me and my family decide to go to Ensenada for fourth of July weekend and as usual everything was booked, but we stumble across this one. The hotel is not the fanciest but it serves its purpose. The hotel is located in sauzal just outside Ensenada, the drive from our room to El Centro was literally like 2 minutes. The hotel has a nice ocean view but is located towards the back of the hotel, me and my wife took our beach chairs and watched the sunset (I know it's corny) which was pretty sweet. The hotel is on a busy highway so if you have kids I would be careful to not let them off your sites. Other than great say for your buck.

Bang for your buck

Easy walk to check the surf  close walk to great tacos. Buts that's it rooms are kind dirty an loud with the highway so close.Staff less then friendly  if your a seasoned travel with 3rd world hotel experience it's right up your alley

This is a shady motel outside Ensenada.  We booked this hotel seeing it was 3 star hotel with sea view,  but it is a shady motel with no amenities. The bathroom was dirty and the need smelled and was wet. The room had two lights one of which didn't work. 

Shady Motel

For a budget motel i was truly amazed at the cleanliness and great location of this place. We have stayed in many ensenada hotels for much more money and poorer experiences . Posada del Mar had an easy check in, helpful, and free WiFi! Its clean , beyond reasonably priced, great beach location and close to the hip area. The oceania restaurant is charming and homey and run by a sweet lady. I will be returning and will probably check out the suite with the fridge! Run don't walk!

Hidden Gem!

It was very good the first time I stayed there. Clean rooms, in person, one in education. The second time, however, the room was not clean. It seemed that it was not cleaned after people stayed there. I think it all depends on the person working on that shift: if it is a woman, the place will be clean and well taken care of. if it is a man, it doesn't matter and will leave a messy place. In general, judging by my first stay, it is a pretty good hotel and the price is very good. If you decide to stay here, be sure to check out the restaurant located on the same plot. They have the best Mexican food I have tasted at a pretty good price, and a good view of the ocean.
