The hotel is very nice and rustic but on spot. They have everything like new without loosing the rustic feeling of the town. The restaurant also has really good food. We stayed at a normal room but suites are also availabe. Everything was very clean including towels and bathroom accesories. Best hotel in town! 

Family Vacations

I have stayed here in 1999, 2006 and 2015. The experience was the same each time. Friendly staff, clean and well-decorated rooms and service beyond the standard. The pool, though small, is welcome after a day out in the desert at the attractions. One time, my wife and I were so tuckered out that we got room service, even though the restaurant was attached to the hotel. Food was good and service friendly, and that has been true each time.

Prices were reasonable at hotel and restuarant.

Parking is in a courtyard and secure, though this is such a small town that I doubt there is much crime. When walking around town everyone was friendly and invited us back. By all means go!

Charming oasis in the desert

This is a hotel in front of La Plaza, the rooms are clean and very nice decorated. I rented a suit with two beds and a coach. It has parking lot and a swimming pool. There is a restaurant where you can buy local bottles of wine and hand made candies.

Hotel La Plaza

I stayed here alone for 3 nights and I liked...rooms are very clean, staff is really friendly always available to help me with a guide or to not bother when I was feeling sick in the first day. The food is ok, I felt it was a little bit cold when arrived to my room but they always tried their best to bring me food, even when the restaurant was full, so that is a plus.
The price is really reasonable for what you get, I would stay here again if I come back to Cuatro Cienegas.

Good relation value-benefit

I stayed here for a week in  early September primarily because I'd thought that the town had the 'magical town' designation. As it turns out that refers to the Biosphere Reserve, (well worth your time to visit) The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is less inspiring and for three days was unable to give me a simple thing like a glass of cold milk with my breakfast. I took most of my meals next  door at the Hotel Mission. The front office staff did set me up with a superlative guide to the Biosphere named Humberto.
