The pictures are not what you get. The room Was just ok. The mirrors had a dirty film which indicates they had not been cleaned in months.  The windows had no screen and were difficult if not impossible to open. The room is stuffy and hot. The only reprieve was a fan that was so noisy and inadequate. We had to shout to hear one another. The worst part is that the hotel seems to cater to middle eastern guests who are working in the city.  They are very loud and would keep their room doors open and would talk in the hall on their cells and play music very loud. They were cooking with curry and the halls reeked of food. We asked to move to another floor. That was better but the room conditions were still far from acceptable. When I complained about the guests behavior and lack of courtesy, I could tell right away that no action would be taken to quiet the other guests.They were the ones catered to. I was the one who would be inconvenienced to repack and move. Because it was in a very nice location,close to very nice restaurants, we decided to stay. The hotel had a weird feel to it so I would never leave any valuables in the roon. The elevators were very slow and small which put me on the verge of a panic attack.
The only good thing is the staff was friendly and the location was excellent. 
I would never stay here again nor would I recommend.  Guests beware.

Horrible

This is the worst place I have seen. Stained carpets, bugs, no working lamps in bedroom. Dangerous open and loose electrical plug in back of bed. Manager charged for service dog. Not friendly. Next to a resturant or nightclub that blasted loud music live till after 3 am. Very dark. Beds hard. The pictures of the nice rooms shown did not exist for us. Would never recommend to anyone.we ask for lamps that worked and never got. The door was left open after the maid came. Never again

Horrible Experience Nothing worked Loud Music all night

Stayed at this place with a friend, had to leave in the middle of the night cause I was being eaten alive by bedbugs, manager took forever to return my money cause they had already closed the money safebox, had to sleep in my car until morning and then looked for abother hotel

AVOID BEDBUGS!!

After staying at this hotel I suggest diccionaries should revise the meaning of "suite"., because the rooms of this hotel have nothing of what the average traveller expects to find inside a suite. First of all, the great windows allow a lot of sunlight to enter the room, and the lousy air conditioning can not even soothe the heat caused by the persistent exposure of the room to direct sunlight. The small and unaccessorized kitchen is practically useless. And, last but not least, the price charged is absolutely unjustified.

What a disappointment!

I normally do not write reviews but I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was in very poor condition and had a bad odor. The carpets were dirty and stained. The fridgerator did not keep food cool. This may be due to the fact that it was several decades old. There were multiple thefts at this hotel that involved a backpack, a laptop computer and significant amounts of money. Please be very cautious if you choose to stay at this hotel.
