Depending on the size of unit required, all have amazing views of either Tangolunda Bay or in the other direction toward Arrocito. 15 minute walk to Tangolunda or maybe 25 to Centro going the other way. The staff is amazing. Cleaners, Maricol in the office and the security guards and groundskeepers. The room itself exceeded our expectations. A bit expensive but still within reason. An electricity surcharge is added to cost and a $13 day cleaning charge. Consider it a facilities access fee instead of a daily cleaning fee. WIth the thorough job the maids do you only need them in every few days. The room was very well provisioned with day to day things, cooking equipment, induction stove top, convection oven and microwave , coffee maker, toaster , plates , etc, etc.  with the option of being able to make breakfast or a small lunch and still go out to support the local restaurants and try some of the amazing food in the area. Chedraui Supermarket is close by for beer, basics and snacks... Comfortable property and the location is superb. As I mentioned the staff really made the experience comfortable. Things to improve would be the Wifi is absolutely horrible for 16 days never improved and for the price you pay an ethernet connection should be provided. Since there are limited english TV stations for those evenings you want to watch a movie the wifi is so bad there is no way you can stream netflix, hockey games or anything else. A lounger on the deck would be nice for those days when the pool is busier or loud. Also a BBQ  would and should be an added convenience for the price paid. Easier to cook on and keeps the heat outside. A walk down the hill to Arrocito beach is a must but the hill back up is some exercise. 3 pools on the condo property and the staff there are more than happy to help with any questions, arrangements, cabs etc. REALLY enjoyed our stay in Huatulco in large part because of staying at Punta Gaviota. I would recommend it but they NEED to do something about the wifi. Very frustrating. Being a Condo, not a hotel or resort, the employees there get a small salary or hourly wage so don't forget to appreciate them and give them a little something if happy with their service.  We really loved it here and will be sure to make Huatulco our more frequented spot in Mexico. Not crowded like PVR or Mazatlan and Acapulco and not overdone to the extreme like Cabo and Cancun.. VERY SAFE. We walked miles around the area and the people are amazing. A taxi from the condo to pretty well everywhere but the airport is 50 pesos. For the airport,  hook up with Huatulco Experience for their roundtrip option and remove another worry from your holiday.

The location and views from both directions of the room were breathtaking. Not cheap but good value.

Many different types of suites.  They all have views of ocean but some are much nicer than others.   The complex still has many unfinished suites. The staff is very helpful. Onsite laundry.   I think different owners rent at different rates.  Best to check around
