Mazamitla

A simple, functional hotel, close to the center. 990 pesos per night for two adults and two children. Some furniture with disabilities, did not serve the central lamp of the room. Solo Hospit me for one night. Vengo del Estado de México was heading for Manzanillo, so I decided to make a stopover in this beautiful village.

Hotel is simple, functional.

We stayed three nights, the room with the fireplace, there was only firewood for the fireplace the first night we arrived, the next few days thinking that we were ordering and it was supposed to include no nos dieron more, only the first day everyone else cleaned or looked up despite our order, there are better and cleaner places to stay.

No cleaning 

In my case they were very kind, and apart from the hotel very close to the square, clean and the rooms very rustic, they booked my room at 3:00 pm and gave it to me at 11:00 pm, as my 24-hour reservation says.

Good service!

The staff is friendly, but the hotel is operated like a star. Cold, lacking towels, no closing of the terrace door, excuse is not in good condition, no place to put things in the bathroom, etc.

Solcity booking at this hotel, at first it looks good, it's centric, it's a good price, but all the attention that the staff has is Pésima, if they bothered us why we leave things and go back to leave and pick up others we need, the other reason they bothered is because we commented that there was no hot water was to turn our faces and we were not worthy of being looked after, add the cherry to the cake we made with a chinche, which is the date we keep reviewing things so that we don't cheat, the hotel could be better if it wasn't for the treatment they give to the customers, something else they don't have a bank terminal, all the payment is in cash, personally I don't recommend the treatment they give you, the point of departure is to ask absolutely nothing about the pastel that we gave you, and there is no one who is better than you, but there is no one who has any bad experience, and no one who comes to me with any bad personality, and no one who is better than you.

Not enough attention.

The location is very good is in the center of Mazamitla, I have stayed several times and in the standard room I think what's wrong is the mattresses, for me the best is the jr suite is very large, it has a fireplace and balcony to this its pillows are not very comfortable, the staff is friendly, if not for these details maybe for their price that is very accessible would be phenomenal.

Very good, but it can get better.

A very well located hotel in the center of Mazamitla, 3 blocks from the main square and 2 from the market. Pros; The staff very friendly with customers, clean and tidy facilities, the room was the JR suite that is spacious, with fireplace, bed Kingsize, spacious bathroom and terrace. There are wooden to use the room. Contras; The mattress of the bed was very hard, very worn pillows, in front of the hotel 2 bars that play their music very loudly during the day and part of the night and in the parking lot the people who rent the premises do not care about the hotel's customers, as we had to wait 30 minutes to get out of the drawer by car.
