What was good

The staff in the restaurant were friendly. The room maids tried their best.

What was bad

The rude front desk female staff. The broken dow AC, the safe was inoperable, the lack of service at the beach for drinks, the security personnel at night, the lack of response to customers needs and the 36/year old hotel needs to be torn down. Bad experience.
