A small, comfortable, centrally located, well-maintained hotel, the room has air conditioning and basic amenities in addition to having a café service... I highly recommend it and would like to make a return to it.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from January 31 to February 2, the first day there was no hot water coming out of the sink at all, the regular room, too small, decent continental breakfast.

Always in food this hotel for the proximity to the center and its services, I come to Morelia every 3 months but this time the service was terrible, the hotel ran out of water and they didn't have the attention to warn, they wanted to make the charge for a minor's breakfast when the amount served in the minine even if it was a continental breakfast, the attention of the receptionists is terrible, because it is the second time I come and they have new staff, the requests for extra towels and you don't want to provide them, they tell me that they changed management, so this is the last time I stay in this hotel because its service is no longer the same as before, it is terrible.

The hotel and the facilities are new and the hotel is convenient. In terms of quality and price and location it is very nice. It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel, the room is pretty good considering that I got a special price through Booking.The only downside is that the room is next to the reception and as much as one can believe that there is no wifi here, exactly like the first time.The walls are very thin and everything is heard from the neighbors.Outside of that as you can see in the photos the room has everything you need, you are also given breakfast from 7 to 10 in the morning.

I chose this hotel because I thought it was cheap and close to the city center.My surprise was, since I arrived at the hotel to see the cleanliness and tranquility of the place... the area is not ugly at all and as I said it is super close to the historic center.

The bed is perfect!

Not bad but not great.
Like an indoor motel.
No room with windows to outside but not as grim as you would imagine.
New and clean and well appointed. Very small rooms.
The worst this is the wifi which is pretty useless. No way to sign in.
I recommend for a stopover but not for a vacation hotel

Inexpensive option

We booked a day earlier via an online application, which stated that it was not necessary to reconfirm, but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that there was no room, nothing more, no apology, nothing more than to help us, if it was their mistake to over-sell reservations and they made us have a bad time.

I stayed in Morelia incidentally, couldn't make reservations of hotel for me earlier so I came to the first hotel I fount in center zone. Hotel costs 820 pesos por night. Which is obviously overprices for this city and for this hotel. Staff wasn't nice sat all. One administrator told me that is posible to make late check-out, but next day another person on the desk told that its not possible and the hotel charges another night in such situation. In general hotel was clean, but the whole street had this strange smell of residuary waters and Rymma hotel too.

I went this weekend, only one night, and it seems very practical to me since it is barely 3 blocks from the historic center. As for the rooms, they are small but very comfortable and clean. For me the most important thing in a hotel is precisely the cleanliness and whenever I see comments from some places I immediately go to the opinions that speak of cleanliness.
