The room smelled like extremely strong toxic chemicals from the cleaning products they use. 
We opened the door, window, put the fan on to try and get rid of the smell for a while but it didn’t work. 
We couldn’t stay there as the smell gave us a migraine and we didn’t want to expose our little baby to such toxicity. 
The staff were accommodating and refunded our money but kept 200 pesos from the deposit. 
I hope the manager can choose more responsible cleaning products that don’t threat people’s health.

Room smells of toxic chemicals

Nice setting, nice restaurant, nice rooms.  BUT, no refrigerator in the room, which the listing specifically promises.  And no microwave.  These are essentials to folks on long transits.  A motel as nice as this one should DEFINITELY have fridges and microwaves.  We will not be staying there on our way back north, or ever again with no fridges or microwaves.  (MANAGEMENT ARE YOU LISTENING?)

We normally stay in the Booye Hotel when we are Navojoa but it was booked for the night we wanted so ended up here. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and quickly checked us in. We had asked to be away from the highway and that’s where we were placed. Looking for something quieter but that didn’t happen because of our neighbours - 3 one one side and 2 on the other all with refrigeration trucks which had to be kept running. The pool looks nice and I went out to use the hot tub but it was cool. The beds were clean as were the toilet, sinks and shower but more cleaning would have made a big difference. The two bed in the rooms were different and one was very hard. Pillows were not great. The room we were in did not have a working dead bolt and the chain had been worked away at some time

Not bad but not great

The hotel is good, it has a mini refrigerator, snacks available at the room (with charge), beds are OK (two per room), the cable TV is ok. Breakfast is average continental type (cereal, milk, coffee, and made yourself sandwiches; just enough to start the day. There is an outdoor pool I have never tried, I usually stay here in my business trips to the city. The only thing I would like to be improved is the Free WiFi, essential on business trips.

Affordable hotel for short trips

We stayed at Navojoa Plaza for the 3rd time on Miercoles 13 de Diciembre del 2017.  Always happy here.  This time I left my wallet within the bed covers.  Upon missing it; I phoned the hotel and they had found it and Luli connected me with someone who spoke English.  From then onward, I corresponded with Yuvia who engineered having my wallet sent back to me via DHL...which I received a week later. Everything was still in my wallet:  cash; credit/debit card, meds, drivers license.  I highly recommend this place for it's cleanliness, honesty, and 'beyond expectations'.  Great breakfast too.  Thanks Yuvia !!!!

This hotel was very convenient and I had no issues traveling with a big dog. Breakfast was just OK, the staff was excellent, and they have all night security which is great if you car is packed as full as mine was. The room was clean and comfortable. the 4 stars is based on my Mexican experiences. Would be 3 stars in most US locations. I would stay here again.

Great pet friendly option

The bedroom is very nice, confort beds and clean. The swimming pool was great as the local weather is preety hot. The breackfast is nice, but with not so many options. It's close to downtown, we could go walking, and close to some restaurants and convenience shops.
