We stayed in the smallest of the room choices for 3 nights. It was roomy with windows that faced a wall rather than the street (therefore was a quiet room). The kitchenette had a table with one chair, microwave, fridge, sink, plates, bowls, cups and cultlery.
There was a safe, large enough to fit my laptop.
The double bed was a bit firm.
Excellent wifi. 
Very clean.
Great shower pressure with lots of hot water.
2 bottles of water supplied each day. 
Pleasant staff. 
Breakfast was included (toast, jam, sweet cereals, coffee).
Their terrace was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the street, with bar stools facing a counter. We found it too noisy to be useable.

Great choice for a budget stay

I was disappointed, as although the room was clean and well fitted out, it turned out to be very noisy from the traffic ( it is on the main road the buses travel on). Also the bed is made up with a plastic mattress cover, making it sweaty at night, so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Wouldn’t come back.

Small niggles included the dim lighting, and there only being 2 coat hangers.

Plusses were the cleanliness, and the complimentary juice, cereal and fruit for breakfast.

What a gem!!  Every city should have a hotel like this one.  I rented a Superior Junior Suite and wanted to just move it!  IT is large, quiet, so clean, sleek and modern in a building that has been on the main street of Orizaba for some time.  Look forward to staying again.  The living, dining , kitchen is open concept and large.  A door separates the bedroom, closet area, bathroom.  BIG plus, HUGE towels!  Lots of great hot water and your soap and shampoo dispensed from the wall.
