My husband and I said here at Posada de Salud for two weeks. We had a room in the back, rm 32. Everyday around 10:00 the sun would come into our room, great sunshine all day and there was a patio area to sip our coffee and warm ourselves up. Miguel the day supervisor was excellent and assisted to all our questions. The rooms were cleaned every day. There was a very good security with locked entrance, someone always at front desk.

great stay

This hotel was very nice for our 4 day stay in Patzcuaro. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful in helping us with providing off street parking and locating nearby places to eat. The décor was lovely and bright. There is a church in the city that bangs a bell before dawn but there is no escaping it as it can be heard throughout the town but after a couple days it no longer woke me as I became accustomed to it. This location in very near the city center with just a short walk to El Centro.

Very clean, Lovely decor and reasonably priced

Posada de la Salud, is a gorgeous place where to be in Patzcuaro. The town it has a real vibe. You can admir local people during their routine and you can enjoy of the marvelous landscape all around it. The accomodation is situated in a quiet part of the town, but it is only 5 minutes away by walk from the main square and OXXO (where you can buy long bus ride tickets). Shops, bakeries and restaurants are next by. Rooms are cozy, well maintained and very clean. Cleaners are professional and cordial. A fresh towel each day is included in the price. There is a lovely garden. The staff is really friendly. The owner, Mr. Miguel is an honest, kind, polite and helpful man. He loves his work and he gave us a lot of interesting tips about the aerea and about "Dia de Muerto". It also give us the best rates. We will definitely recommend it to everybody!

The place where to be in Patzcuaro, and not only during "Dia de Muerto"

It's a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The prices are very very accessible and the location also is very good. A few steps from the basilica and close to the center. 
The ladies that attend are very nice and  sweet. Great stay in this place!!

Very good hostel

We stayed here for Dia de los Muertos and found the room clean and comfortable. I like hard beds so I was fine but my friend found it a little uncomfortable. The posada is located across from the basilica so be prepared for church bells every morning. The wifi wasn't the best either. The service we received was friendly and knowledgeable and we would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable & Central

We had a very nice stay.  We got an upstairs room at the back of the hotel, which was clean and comfortable.  This small hotel is seemingly run by a group of little old ladies who take very good care of the grounds.

The only downside of the hotel, no wifi in the rooms.  You need to move down near the front door to get real wifi access.
