I'm pleased, the place is very nice, good service, warm sleep, I loved the facilities, the cleanliness. The breakfast is very rich and tasty with the typical Coayuca chile and the typical Zacatlán.

Sweet little one.

Totally cozy, very beautiful and relaxing; it is so rich the aroma of a potty coffee when you approach the dining room to have breakfast, and the pleasure that the decoration generates with antique items in sight and touch make you go back somewhere to your childhood or memory of the past, and the treatment and disposition of the hosts is unbeatable.

Magic is magic.

I put a sign saying that the hot water is alone on a 7am to 12am schedule and no, it's not true, it's 1 hour late to get a hot water bath.

The worst place.

We arrived on October 30th last night at midnight and left the same day at 9am.They were late opening as we arrived at night with my family, $900 pesos and the place although it's not ugly if it's dirty and dusty, we didn't have another one since we arrived after midnight and took children, no parking, I had to leave my car on the street and there was no one at the reception, we had to be ringing the muchimourri bell until someone thought to go.

The hotel seemed very picturesque and well-located, the people were friendly and helpful, you have rooms of different sizes, a very good option to stay and enjoy Zacatlán de las manzanas.

A good place to stay in Cuetzalan, clean, with hot water, good hosts, and very close to the center and a half-mile from the bus station.

A good place to rest, clean rooms, the staff friendly good weather in their dining room, the only drawback is the lack of parking as well as the failure of the internet, if cost is affordable.

The hotel in general was regular, when we arrived the receptionist was not there, we rang the bell several times until it was too late, there was apparently a private party at the hotel, we commented that we had a reservation for that night, apparently they didn't know we were arriving but when we showed them our confirmation we were assigned the room, generally the room was a little dusty, the blanket was public and it was very cold at night and that we traveled in early March, the manager and the girl in charge were super friendly, our comments were that breakfast was included and they offered us coffee, fruit, and eggs to taste or chilaquiles, the hotel is just down the street from the canyon and the crystal mirror is one of the biggest attractions of the town, in general the hotel was one night away from us, although it could be improved.

Small hotel, with excellent location, very close to the Zacatlán Zocalo, its staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help you.The hotel is clean, has wifi, hot water and a mini restaurant.

Excellent choice of accommodation

Very poor care, there is never anyone at the reception or answering the phones. The rooms are dusty and very noticeable lack of cleanliness in them. The entrance door is so old that it takes a lot of work to open and close it, the key stays awful. With all these details, the price is quite expensive for what they provide. There are much better hotels at a similar price.
