Excellent service. Everything was very clean and very pleasant. Garden and palapas very quiet. Large room and neat in the next details. Clean room. Typical breakfast and made with love. Very friendly staff. They make you feel like family and do their best to make you feel comfortable.

As a family.

I really like the finish in all the facilities, the room is very spacious, ventilated and with excellent finishes.The staff treatment was always top-notch and the breakfast included very tasty and tasty.I highly recommend it.

The Estupendo hotel is located in Progreso.

Very spacious, clean, serviced, very friendly and excellent reception service. It requires improving the beds but everything else is very good and at an excellent price. Very close to the beach for a walk.

Excellent option for accommodation, a quiet place with clean and comfortable facilities.The always clean pool is located on the main street.The staff is very friendly.The room has a refrigerator, microwave, large bathroom with cold and hot water and a large one.The room has cable and air conditioning and ventilator.

Relaxing device.

It's a large, inexpensive and very comfortable place.The pool is great.The soft bed.The air conditioning works at 100.The receptionist is very kind and clear in explaining the rules of the establishment.

Economical and comfortable.

The spacious rooms (somewhat dark) but beyond that, not a single complaint, pleasant place, magnificent staff, unique treatment.

Suggestion: In the pool area, on the north side, that is, the barda that adjoins the bench, there is a low-voltage aqueduct, which is hanging, at any time with some wind, you can unwind and make land with the pool water, causing in the first instance automatic death to the people who are at that moment inside the pool, so that they can consider my opinion and can take some action on this topic.. so everything else is excellent.

It is excellent.

Small hotel, very basic, ideal for sleeping and nothing else. It is clean but no need to wait for any details or extras, surprising the size of the rooms, virtually an apartment. The water pressure is very bad, almost you bathe in sections with a chorrito. The flat TV is too small for the bed distance. The air conditioner is insufficient for the size of the room but it is enough to cool off. The refrigerator or mini-fridge never opened. Its breakfast included is good without excess. They hand you towels (1 per person) and air conditioning controls and a television at the counter when checking in, a practice of the past century that made me very sick. Its quality-cost ratio for what it offers and its location, saving a little extra personal loability for the size of the rooms and loved ones.

Small and basic.

Our friend had to have a scratch removed with lazer from her lens in Merida eye clinic , she told us the price , unreal cheap . She decided to visit and come to progreso and low and behold she chose Villas Bayal , Just happened to be 2 blocks from our house . Great neighborhood with soccer field basket ball and baseball field all just 2 blocks from beach . Key thing is this zone inbetween busy progreso and summertime very busy little Chixalub is a great location . She reported the price and we both thought it was very very nice for the price . Very helpful staff , New Hotel and very very clean and new .

Overall this hotel is worth the money. It is clean, the people friendly and with weekend stays a good Americano Breakfast is included. We were changing rental villas and needed a place to stay.  We forgot a hair dryer and one was provided free. Unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower, therefore hair dryer not required.  Parking on the weekend was on the street.
The location appears wrong on tripadvisor. It is on your right on calle 27 (one way leaving Progreso ) between 20 y 18. If you see the Oxxo on your right, you have driven by it. 
Note: Calle 27 becomes calle 19 once you enter Chicxulub.
