As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
If guests arrival at 09:00 PM - 10:00 PM, there is no charge.
If guests check in after 10:00 PM, they need to pay USD 10.00. Guests need to contact the hotel to confirm for late check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
