Have been going here for last 20 years and love the facility.  All units are fresh and clean with easy access to pool and beach.  Downtown is a short 10 minutes away, and with additional of new grocery you never have to leave town.  it is great to just lie out o the beach and enjoy a been and nachos.

favorite place to vacation in winter

It isn't a 4 star hotel - this are condos/ very nice and huge apartments!  - and I guess there are 2-3 villas, too. You are your own boss - and you can be your own chef, too - if you like :)  It's one of the best locations for the beach! We have been their twice, long time ago. Madam Ce-Ce is still the manager, greetings to her. :) The kitchen is very good equipped - but outside the resort you can choose between a lot of restaurants, you have food - deliveries, chicken grills and a huge supermarket. There are housekeeping ladys in the resort every day and making the rooms. The garden and pool is privat, nearly just for you! :). One of the best location in Puerto Morelos !

We stayed as this apt a few week ago .. it has everything that you could possibly want or need. We were met on arrival and shown around and given a contact number in case of emergency.The beds were massive , the cleaning ladies came in every day and kept it spotless ,it is in a quiet location, homely and comfortable,the pool and gardens were great , in fact we had the pool to ourselves for most of our 2wk holiday . Can’t rate it enough 😎

We rented two condos by the pool. Very clean and quiet. Daily maid service was great. Location is basically right on the beach. Close to the central square and restaurants. Trips to Playa del Carmen or other sights affordable.

Great location, yet quiet.

We rented a third floor Playasol condo from Bruce and June Conord in January 2017. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two teen boys) really enjoyed our stay.  This was our third visit to Puerto Morelos in 14 months and this was our favorite condo complex so far. 

The weather was the best of all of our visits with warm sunny days, some wind but not too bad and rain showers only one morning. Great location only about 10 minutes walk to the town square and nice pool and good green space around the property. 

The beach out front is wider than some other areas and was very clean. There is a beach club next door with lounge chairs and umbrellas but it was nice that this particular condo had four beach chairs that we could use. There is a little roped off private beach area right in front of the complex with a few palm trees that provided shade and we enjoyed sitting there and watching the many locals enjoying the beach. 

There is a mix of owners and renters at this complex and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The complex also felt secure especially with other people around (Puerto Morelos is a very safe place BTW.) 

The 2 BR condos are not super-spacious but the living/dining area is sufficient and the bedrooms are a decent size. It is also nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and the other half bath has a toilet and sink off of the living area. The galley style kitchen is narrow and conducive to only one person at a time but we had everything we needed to get along just fine. FYI – you can take a taxi to the nice grocery store for $1.85 USD! We appreciated having the full size stackable W/D unit as well. There are two small balconies big enough for two chairs and a small table off of the living area and the master bedroom. This unit did not have regular cable TV but had NetFlix and we really enjoyed the movie selection. The wi-fi worked great too! Personally, I think the condos are set up better for families than for two couples (but I guess that depends on how close you are and whether you mind sharing a bathroom!) 

The cleaning ladies came every day except Sunday and they made the beds, emptied the trash, and swept/mopped – they did a great job and were in and out pretty quickly. 

Cece is the on-site property manager. She met us promptly upon arrival. She was very accessible for any questions or needs during our stay and she even printed out my son’s Geometry homework that he forgot! 

If you are looking for something very luxurious and upscale, this may not be your place, but if you are looking for oceanfront accommodations that are clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and affordable, Playasol Condos are a great “bang for the buck!”

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos!

It has an excellent location and beautiful beach the sea is beautiful, it is a simple place but with everything necessary. it is very clean and well maintained the green areas and the pool. would definitely stay in these villas again.

The best place to spend a vacation in Puerto Morelos, a place near the beach, super clean, safe facilities, and the attention of Cece the administrator, Gabino, and the cleaning staff was the best, always ready to help us and make our stay an unbeatable vacation!

A fabulous experience.

Our large family of eleven people, including six adults and five children (from 19 months to 9 years old), enjoyed a wonderful stay in Villas Playasol in January 2012.We rented a five-bedroom villa and a two-bedroom condominium and the accommodation was excellent, very clean and spacious.The villa had a laundry room, a washing machine and a dryer that were very useful.The kitchens, both in the villa and in the condominium, were well equipped.We ate in them a few nights and visited the village for some dinners.The housekeeper every day except Sunday and did an excellent job cleaning our units.The gardens were beautifully cared for and the pool was very clean and, although not very clean, there was a pleasant wine and a pleasant wine temperature.The hotel was a pleasant and a pleasant holiday complex for the children, and the family enjoyed a pleasant evening, but in the town of Cuzco, we have a very convenient and comfortable place to eat and enjoy a nice meal, and in the town of Cuzco, we have a very good time to eat and a nice

Ideal for a family vacation.

We stayed in Villas Playasol for a week during the 2011 Christmas holidays.The gardens of the condominium complex are beautiful, very well-groomed on the outside, a nice pool area and many shaded and sunny places to sit.It is located directly on a beautiful and clean beach.On the inside, the condominium is perfectly furnished.We had a two-bedroom room with ocean views.The place was very clean and had all the basic furniture.The condominium is not luxurious on the inside and shows a little wear.It could be updated, but for us (two adults and two young children) it was a good place to stay.The property manager, Cece, was always available, and a lovely personal service is also available.The general daily service of the hotel, which had been very well maintained, was also appreciated.The hotel is also located near the second floor of the town, and many of our restaurants and bars are excellent when you get to the outdoor area.
