Overall, a nice facility.  Clean, everything looks and feels fairly new, there are some nice common areas in which you can hang out., and the location is great:  close to the center of town, but far enough away so that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

There are some really negative aspects to it, though.  The only bathrooms and showers are across a courtyard, which is annoying at night and anytime there's rain or other inclement weather.

The kitchen is right next to one of the dorm rooms, and there is NO noise isolation whatsoever.  The people who work at the hostel have loud conversations in the kitchen each morning and it sounds like they're standing in the middle of the dorm room.

The dorm room gets incredibly stuffy at night.

There are some thoughtless little, but important, touches missing.  Nothing to dry your hands off with in the bathroom...why?  Nothing to put your phone or other charging devices on next to the bed.

The hostel overall is above average, but these factors definitely detract from the experience.

Nice hostel with some unfortunate drawbacks

I stayed here for three nights. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. It was very clean with free towels and extra blankets. The location was just right for me. It involves a little walking to the city center, but not much. It is not a very social place, but it could have been the time of year I went. I would definitely stay here again!

very clean, friendly staff, great price

If you want a great facility at a low price, this is your place.  New, super clean, double room is unbelievable value.  Friendly, everything works, nice kitchen, fast and reliable Wi-Fi.  A fairly short walk to the center.  If you want hostel social life and informality, this place is a little sterile and buttoned down.  Not the place for party animals.  In terms of facilities alone, one of the best I have seen anywhere.

No Party Here

Stayed in more than 1000 hostels over my life. This hostel made it into the top 10. Super suuuuper clean!! Hot shower, free towel, free soap, big locker's, keycard entry system, safe area, suuuuper friendly owner!! Very comfortable beds! 

The design of the hostel is amazing. Look like a boutique hostel but also has some doble rooms that are soo stylish and beautiful. Just like in a hotel suite from Hilton but trice less expensive! 

The location is in walking distance from centro historico. Huuuge car park for free usage inside the hostel.

Top hostel

Pretty new place with a bit of a different layout but overall it is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable, a few different common areas to hang out, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.  Facilities are good and the price is reasonable.  Bit of a walk from the central area but not that far.  Would stay again.

Loved it!

I stayed 4 days at the Hostel before I started my exchange semester in Querétaro. This hostel was the perfect place to start this trip. The rooms and dormitories are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff helped me in any situation. The hostel has a very nice common area and kitchen where you can perfectly get to know to other people.
