Located just about 2 minutes from the city centre of San Cristobal the cozy hotel offered very good value for the price. Our double room was spacious with a nice and clean bathroom. Really appreciated the the presence of a hot air blower as it got quite cold in the nights. Only the wifi speed could be improved. Would very likely stay there again.

Nice little accomodation in perfect location

My friend and I recently called Docecuartos Hotel home for 2 nights and can’t say enough about the hotel and their attentive staff! We chose this hotel for its proximity to the local attractions, complementary WiFi and cleanliness. It was our first trip this far into Mexico on our own and we wanted to feel safe and secure! Upon our arrival the front desk was very accommodating with our early check in time request.  I highly recommend asking for Angel at the front desk, he went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel comfortable. Our experince would not have been the same without him. Angel was truly an angel for us. He made sure to address our concerns with one of the associated taxi/tour driver, Albert Vázquez, who scared and stifled us out of a higher fare for a prearranged trip to the Chiflón and the Lagos. Our experience with  Albert ruined our day -  thank goodness the hotel Ángel made it right and restored our  San Cristóbal to the beautiful town that it is!

Reservation by booking since I went to a wedding, cancel the booking because Adrián told me that my booking was canceled, that it did not exist in his system, in addition to that, I was charged my card with all the money possible by hanging up, knowing that I would cancel for them, after that aun cobrándome, I had nowhere to stay for the weekend, ya paso boda y no me returned my money, and commented that I can use it in another booking two weeks later, when I do not have to return.

A central location with very friendly staff, knowledgeable about the City and always someone at the counter 24 hours a day.

Amables is a game.

We love the hotel for its convenience and simplicity, the location is excellent and the staff is very attentive. The price/quality ratio is excellent. We had never touched a room on the ground floor that, as a disadvantage, has to be slightly noisy because it is next to an alley and has little ventilation.

We've been there three times and would come back.

Well located in San Cristobal and with some colonial charm. The staff is friendly, hospitable and flexible. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Parking available. The Rez floor rooms are rather dark and humid, and a little noisy if you walk down the street. No breakfast, but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants...

It's a good hotel.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, but we had rooms on the first floor that were dark, damp and with street noise, and the price is still right for the service, without enthusiasm.

A good address

Excellent location: close to all the sights of the Centre and the station to which airport transport arrives. A small, comfortable hotel. The room is very pleasant, perfectly clean and well equipped in terms of amenities. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Very good hotel in Sancris.

We stayed 4 nights 8n this calm residence in the city centre. Our room was decent. Laundry service was great. We had breakfast in a restaurant nearby as the hotel did not offer any food unfortunately.

The hotel is excellent, since we arrived we had a problem with a broken suitcase, and the bell boy supports us with a lot of affection and availability. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good quality mattress and great cleaning in every corner of the hotel. We also supported tours and restaurants around the city with excellent recommendations.
