The beautiful rooms are highly recommended for staying as a couple and forgetting the stress of the city. The only thing is that there is no restaurant service at night and you have to order somewhere, but apart from that it is a very beautiful place. 100% RECOMMENDED.

The pictures of the room are deceiving our room was very small. The view of the lake made it worth it though. Thank goodness they supply a heater... it's very cold there in January. Not a real friendly staff as far we could tell.

Great view and location 

There was no hot water, and no timely solutions were given, no internet access, or rather no signal, parking on the street, and generally I was made to executive what they charge for what was offered, since the hotel is on the Patzcuaro beach and you have one to drive to the center.

He has nothing to offer.

Lastly, we booked a suite in advance, sent a deposit and on arrival at the hotel we were charged the total as a suite and given a simple room without notice, returning to complain simply that they have no rooms and that they can do nothing

Good service, excellent visit.

Pet friendly, great for relaxing, and have the most awesome view of the lake. The rooms have jacuzzi, is little bit quiet and the staff is very nice. They take credit card. The give-aways are all eco friendly. There is a yard with a fantastic view of the lake during day and night.

Upon arriving at the hotel they asked me to charge more than what was stated in Agoda (which, by the way, decided not to charge until I stayed and they applied the charge even though I hadn't stayed overnight).The manager pressured me to take a more expensive room because the one that was rented to me didn't offer what it said. I said that he cancelled and communicated with me with someone I think was the owner. I asked to cancel without charge for not complying with what Malaban advertises. He said yes, but surprise!!!! they charged me the two days to my TC. If it wasn't enough the area where you have to enter the colony is scary.

It's a robot.

The staff offered me a room with moisture, visible in the smell and in the view, something that I did not accept and disagree with, so they offered me a 2nd. option without moisture problems and finally, they got me a 3rd. room that had a better view..unlike the previous 2 that did not have it. In the end this last room showed that it had dirty bedding, with hair in the saunas and pillows, unpleasant matches in the mattresses and rooftops, in addition to a bathroom that showed traces of dirt and poor cleaning. Finally, the free wifi signal was not available in that room.

Dirty and dirty rooms, high prices for what's on offer.

The attention was good, even though we were not told that they had restaurant service until the day we arrived. It was very clean to wish for the price. The room, the door sill was not working, the curtains were about to collapse, the dirty mats (very dirty) and in the house next door have a lot of dogs and at dawn they steal horribly.
