Hostal Malinalli

I enjoyed my stay. The Lady at the hostel is very attentive, courteous, and friendly. She is very active about attending to your requests. I got a severe sun burn at La Gruta and the host even provided me fresh Sábila plant leaves to heal. The actual place is very clean, spacious, and very colonial shiek. The only drawbacks are the noisy birds and church bells, but once you adapt to the noise level you will sleep well. The beds are a tad bit uncomfortable, but are fine. The place was easily the best run hostal I have ever stayed at. Unless you are a whinny traveler that must be constantly pampered by an Egyptian entourage you will enjoy your stay & return whenever in San Miguel. The ownership is only a yr old since they reopened and actively improving the beautiful building. ¡Un lugar estupendo!
